A-1 is A-Plus.. The hunt for quality sellers starts all over when going to a different town. We had to have a few locks started and re-keyed in our place of business. I achieved to A-1. George is. He couldn't have been much more professional. Excellent service, very personable, completely skilled in his job.

So I had been in the park and upon loading my dog up and leaving my keys fell out of my pocket. While I turned around to grab my 2 year old to place her locked me and must have stepped on the keys. I called my insurance. My wallet was in my car that was locked although they wanted a credit card number. I called 3 other areas and no one can help me in my region. Finally called my insurance back and spoke to a person that was different. The quickest help they can find me was a 2 hour wait. Didn't work with a 2 year old and it getting dark and cold. I look over and little league practice had begun and the trainer just happened to arrive at a van which stated A-1 Mobile Lock & Key. I interrupted their practice to ask for help and Andrew. He didn't even want payment and got me in under 5 minutes. He finally consented to take some cash, not enough. Knight in shining armor that day. Saved my ass! Thank you!!! Uff da!! I got in Safeway in my car to discover my ignition key wouldn't go in the lock last week. The shop I have been utilizing recommended I call A-1 Mobile Locksmith, and under a hour after, I had a brand new key cut & programmed.... Poop happens. Quick, courteous service. Thanks!!

I had been in town visiting some friends when I realized that I had misplaced the keys. Because I needed to hit the street back home early the next 16, I was panicking. I contacted yet another company and A-1 Mobile to get a quote. I picked A-1 Mobile not simply because they were reasonably priced, but also because of their impeccable customer services. Daryl helped me get into my car and arrived as soon as possible. When I did not find the keys in my car, A-1 Mobile provided to make me a set of keys in a timely way and for a great price. Needless to say, I am very grateful for all that they did for me. The rest of the staff and daryl went above and beyond to make sure I'd make my deadline the next day, of hitting on the street. If I am ever in the area and this occurs to me (I am hoping it does not!)

We took our new automobile in to have a key programmed and got nowhere with it. The very first time we brought it turned us off since we had not received it in the mail yet and asked the registration. While he attempted to schedule the key second time the guy had us wait for near an hour. He gave us the excuse that some code wasn't working and he had any tool which wasn't available that day so we left for another time. My husband was fed up and called the dealer where we bought the car (they'd sent us to A1) and they had us bring the car into them in which they phoned yet another mobile key guy. He had the key! I would not recommend them to anyone, although I'm giving A1 two stars since they were not flat out rude or something. My spouse regrets going back the next time since there was an irate customer in the store on his very first excursion complaining of an trimmed key along with four trips to get it fixed. "Should have known better".

Amazing help! I replaced my trunk and needed help shifting the lock over. They were efficient, quick and very affordable! I will be coming back )

Today had 4 keys made. Quick service. I send of my clients down from Car Toys if a key is needed to perform a remote start. They fixed my cash register lock a single day. Thank you for the excellent service. -Automobile Toys Manager.

This company is excellent, the staff are operate quickly and smart, they were cheaper, and showed up to my house in no time. If a PAT key is ever lost by me I'm calling A1.

My car flexed in the automobile door lock since it was frozen and it would work in the ignition. I phoned Christina and a1 was super useful, she needed I am met by a lock smith within an hour on new key and a Saturday morning made for a VERY low rate! Thank you to the lock smith for all your help and Christina! Fantastic customer service...I highly recommend A1!

I called A-1 Mobile Lock & Key and asked that a locksmith come out to re-key some locks. The locksmith (George) showed up on time, he was super friendly, and he clarified a couple of things about my current setup. I look forward to doing business with this company .

These guys are great. Brent did not charge us, and came later work to correct an issue which might have been our fault. These men are excellent support and quality people.
