I had been locked out of my apartment late on a Friday and 24/7 was so awesome. Came out very fast and got me back into my apartment. Steve was friendly, professional and honestly was a lifesaver. 5/5. Best in Chicago.

Regrettably I locked myself out of my car , I heard about 24/7 Speedy Locksmith so I gave a call to them and they had someone out to me within thirty minutes. Steve has my car unlocked in under a minute and no damage. 10/10 urge

It happened, got locked out of my residence. Stephen arrived immediately to my location and was quick and the service was amazing. Acceptable service that is speedy and price.

Steve showed up on time, known as premature, and was helpful in changing the locks on my client unit. He did so in record time too. I highly recommend and will use them again!!

Steve did a fantastic job installing a keyless lock. He went extra mile to make sure the important hole drilled and is flatten to expand a hole. The general work was little involved, did a wonderful job!

He was here almost instantly, VERY speedy! Unbelievably curtious and polite. Not only did he manage to find the key that is broken out but also cleaned and repaired everything to make sure it wouldn't happen. Could not be more pleased! Very happy I chose them and will definitely be using them . Highly recommend!

These guys were awesome! I called and they had been at my home in 45 minutes. Our technician Stephen was great and offers us options and tips for enhancing our locks and getting even safer. He was personable and quite nice. I'm now a loyal client.

About 40 minutes to arrive but Steve came in handy!
Side note: he of course was incrediblt thankful and considerate left here, called back another day that we had them! He means well, and we're blessed to have him come out and help us.

Steve was the person midnight and I've met, and we were served by him with a smile, it being 90 degrees out.
Well, we knew that it would happen eventually, but our door got stuck, a deal broke off and the lock jammed. Called a locksmith which"never sleeps" but they had been sleeping and could not help us.

Had just bought my condo so needed to re-key rear and front doors and deadbolts. $29 service fee had been charged despite their website. I let it go because I had predicted on a Saturday so thought it was maybe a weekend thing.
For my storage device gave them a telephone, the owner did not provide a secret. The man wants to bill me $189 for it, which appears extreme considering it is 1 doorknob and I had paid $150 each deadbolt and door for the work upstairs.
This may appear a small negative/foreboding to get a four star review. . .but actually, the ceremony is fantastic. Give'em a telephone and someone will be in your home in under one hour. Just know the prices they list in their site are close to what they could bill.
I whined and he said he would do it for $150. They (techs) are quick to tell you that they don't make the costs, but there's clearly have a plan here.
They're speedy and the service is great, but I've had concerning pricing both instances some shadiness.

Mended everything and quick better thank! Comfort was great on short notice everything within one hour of calling and offered any follow up help as required. Practitioner, kind. Would highly recommend!

Steve arrived within support and one hour was completed. Steve was knowledgeable. He left a stressful situation a lot easier!

I'm disappointed in the discrepancy of cost Though they could help us out. . .my 75 year-old dad locked himself out of his automobile. I called, described the car and the situation year, everything, model. I was quoted $85. I needed to leave for an appointment - when I phoned my father he said the guy was here in about 25 minutes or so and billed him $95 plus $19. I phoned back the following day to inquire about the difference in cost quoted vs. billed cost. I was told that the $85 was an estimate. I was not advised that when I phoned and I was not notified of this service cost. In all of the pricing isn't too out of line - I would like to get an assessment that is honest up front instead of feeling a benefit from.
*in response - JUST TELL ME WHEN I CALL - that it is a quote and that a commission is - I asked these questions. It's deceiving.

The locksmith came and said it was going to be $175 to change out my deadbolt which is roughly $50 more than I had been expecting. I then asked if he would cut somebody lock . The locksmith would not budge on price, although I tried haggling a little. I asked him why it cost so far to cut off a generic Masterlock and he responded with"Well it could take a bit longer and that I may have to make another trip to my vehicle." 45 seconds later he'd drilled directly through the lock...
I am sure if this review is even noticed some explanation will be given as to why the costs were so large and it is all because of a misunderstanding on my own end. Should be fair, although I understand a price can not be given until the locksmith really sees exactly what she or he is going to work on.
Quick service, but not worth the price. After all I felt cheated and wanted I'd called someone else. Or purchase the tools and do it myself at the price.
------3/8/2018------EDIT: John and I spoke and he had been useful in explaining the reasoning behind why the charges are they way they are. He even agreed to a $60 refund that was generous given the truth that my service date was a week past. I am more impressed with the truth that he not only answered my call/questions but also called me afterwards to let me know the billing matter was cared for. John could have readily punted or dismissed my worries away. He hauled and we reached a compromise in less than 24hrs.
