ABC Plumbing

I haven't ever used a professional or lesser quality company that was less. We reserved ABC plumbing to repair/replace two drainage pipes. 4 sprinkler lines and our internet cuts, in completing this job. If I had been told by them they had cut the internet that I could have had it. They understood that the sprinkler lines were active(they said they found water rushing from them when they cut them) and simply chose to rebury the cut lines which were leaking water leading to flood on both sides of my house. We ended up having to invest more afterward 4 complete days and multiple trips to the store re digging and repairing all the lines ( when I called their 24hr lineup to have them come fix it they never called back). Spent weaks arguing over the telephone, they would not allow me to talk to a supervisor over the person I spoke to. This company were extremely unprofessional and caused more problems then they mended for us. I urge them or would never use this business

Adam came out just a couple of minutes ago and fixed the issues! 240 was the complete because 80 $ of that was for the part, and that's! The problem was faucets weren't getting enough water & my bath took one hour at a half to fill up! What a drag as much as I like baths that this was worth it to me The Section was substituted by him, took an hour faucets that were fixed and everything else. What a man.

Well I have to say I was disappointed when I called and found Joe was not longer with the company. But I stuck with them, they offered to come out as I called the morning but I requested. Gary called 30 minutes before showing up as I discussed when making the appointment. He assessed the problem gave me a time and cost quote. He was pleasant to take care of and did the task faster than anticipated, very educated. Not that I want to have technicians out quite often but we are living in a home so its a part of this game. Thank you Gary and ABC, this is my service call to them in 4 years and I am happy to say all three were good experiences.

Wow! Joe is the guy. Thanks so much for repairing a plumbing problem. We had been without water before ABC plumbing saved daily.

Best plumber tech. Super knowledgeable and fair. Before coming call ahead and explain everything. I consult and would use Joe with ABC plumbing to client and all our friends. As a realtor. I adore the expert services that I refer out to customers. This was a hands-on experience on my house. Thanks again Joe.

Wow! That means that you may call me a"big fan" of ABC's heating/airconditioning providers in addition to their plumbing. A superb company to do business with. (And yes, Boulevard Park residents receive a discount on all these services.)
I was so focused last time I did not even notice that ABC does air and heating condiitioning. Without realizing an yearly cleaning is a very good idea, somehow I'd gone for many years within my Sacramento home! A quick call to ABC on Monday resulted in a scheduled appointment for Tuesday morning. I received an advance call to notify me of their ETA. The work was speedy and thorough--, and he even took the time to roll up that hose that was gotten tangled for me after the man had hosed off my AC fan from the rear yard.

I called ABC plumbing after reading a few reviews on yelp, I had a technician come out. The technician seemed pretty knowledgeable about clearing a kitchen drain that drained slowly and a laundry sink drain that drained slowly. Over the course of the next few hours I found an experience something entirely different than the reviews that I read. The technician spent a good hour charging his battery while he seemed to walk around aimlessly and explain to me that his battery was dead because of his drill he needed (glad I could help pay for this) not certain if the fact he just had two days with this firm before he was going elsewhere had anything to do with this but it sure felt like it. Without solving one of the problems in the laundry room the technician left my home, I was told that a supervisor would be calling me. This never happened! Avoid this company!

I had been informed they wouldn't provide that, when I asked for those parts. This firm has a hugh markers up on parts. Shop around and go with a company. It isn't worth the aggregation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had my water heater. The rate was the same, however the technician took 30 minutes to push back and get parts. Then desired an extra 200 dollars for two flex lines that cost 7.97 each at home depot. I stated that I wouldn't pay it and they lowered the parts prices.

Great experience with ABC! Larry set up a brand new kitchen faucet and sink for me, and I could not be more happy! He was prompt, friendly, and did fantastic job! I'll be using them for all and any plumbing issues that may arise!

We had a clog in our pipes backing up into the tub. Roto Rooter came out and told me that we don't have a pipe on the primary line, and that they would have to set up one for a entire price of $1100.
ABC plumbing came out and verified that we didn't have a line, but was able to snake the line in the bathroom throughout the toilet and fix the problem for only $300. The work was done very professionally.

I had a leaking water heater in front. ABC is the ideal service I've ever utilized at the 15 years I've lived in my vintage home.They make it crystal clear you have to cover $85.00 up front for that hour if it takes an hour or not. The guy was completed in 25 minutes.Fast....professional job well done. I'll use their solutions for any future demands.

We have had two experiences with this business, specifically Larry the tech who has come out to support our water heater and sink. He's extremely helpful, kind, educated and full of integrity. We recommend it and will use this business in the near future.

Bill was wonderful, called prior to coming, we use this company for our houses. We're happy with the service, will likely be on our contact list.

I understand with the 5 stars people are believing that is the company. When they did the work, this inspection should have happened but I remember it . Bill that the heater/ac men and david the Plumber are the best. They do more than other businesses and provide honest quotes. David and bill helped me when I had a mold issue. In which the mold was the plumber would go down. The second plumber was fair and fair but could not ascertain the flow. David and figured out and Bill came out it was AC unit over 50 years which was leaking. Another plumber concurred. Turned out ABC was the person who had installed it! ( discovered their decal on the old unit underneath). Bill and David tried to warn me that the mold guys were giving me scare strategies ( I'd numerous companies overlapping giving quotes on a bunch of things ). David and bill helped reduce the moisture and consequently reduced harm by carrying the wet rug up and from the basement before I hired them because they knew me was simply scaring. I have had no issues with them although it has been almost a year since they replaced my ancient HVAC and water heater. They're my go to team. They beat Bonney Plumbing who were arrogant and rude out . They called to come see before the year was up as they promised free of cost, how everything is doing. They worked around my schedule! Really like those guys.

Recently had to call the plumber for one more toy situation that we couldn't handle ourselves had to phone again because of a ceiling leak underneath a bathroom. From my past experience I predicted ABC plumbing. Larry came out on both events this moment. He was knowledgeable and resolved the problems. I'm once again happy with the service.

I absolutely LOVE this company!! In December, I'd plumbing issues along with ABC plumbing did an amazing job. I chose to have them come out and serve my AC until the Sacramento heat hits. Bill, the AC manager came out to look at my unit. He was absolutely wonderful! He had been not pushy and honest that my unit needed, unlike some other companies such as. . .Bonney. He fixed my unit, gave me options and even referred to as the maker and gave me an estimate on parts instead of pushing me to purchase a new unit. I truly appreciated it. And to make matters even better. . .my puppy like him!! I would recommend this company for heating plumbing and atmosphere.

Because a four plex rental had the line to the street 17, I contacted this business. They billed me $127 remove the block and to venture out. 3 Days later the four plex's manager known to say the sewage was still flowing out into the lawn. I called the city and they moved outside and said the blockage wasn't on the street side, but on the other hand and they'd help clear it however they advised that a private plumber should be on site, so I called ABC Plumbing back and explained the line was still clogged, so they consented to return and work with the city to unclog it. It turns out that it was clogged by a lot. ABC Plumbing charged me another $127 to go the next time, I don't think when they didn't clear the clog on the 37, I need to have to pay for another trip. Clearly the baby wipes, have been the problem and may have been rid the very first time. I will not use them again.

My renter had an issue with their hot water heater. I phoned ABC plumbing and spoke to dispatcher Mason. Mason said it would be checked by a tech out and provide me. Later Mason called me and said in order to prepare a service appointment, that he phoned my renter and left a message. I was called by my renter and they never received a message. I spoke to Mason that re-contacted my renter and organized a service call. The tech checked out the water heater and called me. He said he said the heater was nice and ran a voltage check, but it was not getting the proper voltage. He said the problem was electrical, which I wold need to contact an electrician. I received a follow up call from Mason who informed I was being charged $106.00 for the support call. Obviously, I was not pleased. Had I been advised up front the service call will cost me $106.00, I'd have shopped elsewhere.
