The technician Cody showed up over the hour and he could not have been nicer. Super specialist and very polite. I showed him that the padlock in question and he shared with the couple of alternatives to take into account. The excellent thing is that he had padlocks in his truck that they sell and discussed the options (key v. combo) and he was extremely helpful going through the pros and cons. Cody ended the job and got me sorted out. Wonderful job. 1 other thingI forgot about it and had bought the 20 for $10 deal last night. As I was settling out my invoice, not only did he mention that the $10 off that his manager had volunteered, but he also noted that I'd bought the $20 for $10 and made sure that I redeemed it deducted from the invoice. You could not have asked for men and women that were conscientious. I strongly recommend the guys at Academy and appreciate the fantastic service!
Desired delivered a message via Yelp and help with a padlock situation at home. I got a very apologetic phone call from the manager Fernando for not returning the message until the 21, this morning. He added that he would give me $10 off although he had a technician out in the area that could get to the house.

Fernando quoted me on the telephone last night gave me an appt time of 9 am I was concerned that it was overdue notice. Mike showed up right on time, I found out he got everything done very quickly and we had a rekeyed last minute and the locks work smooth and flawlessly. Fantastic keys too!! He was very professional and nice although his Bluetooth card reader was malfunctioning. He maintained his cool processed my payment through the workplace. QUALITY, Good PRICE and GREAT SERVICE WORK!

These men were terrific. Very prompt and efficient. Rekeyed my entire home. Went the extra yard by advising me that a lock has been guaranteed for life by the manufacturer. They assured the arrival of it, got it arranged and contacted the maker. Academy would be used by me again for my locksmith needs.

Jason, the supervisor here, helped me pick a scrap keys up. He was accommodating and quite pleasant.
I would advise this locksmith shop to others based on friendly support.

Yesterday evening my front door got stuck closed, and we had to resort to exiting and entering the home through the kitchen window. This morning, less than an hour after I predicted Academy Locksmiths for assistance, Weston arrived! He got to work and climbed in through the window, and had the door. He helped me find a workaround while I operate with my HOA to substitute jamb and front door and explained my problem.

Andria was great on the telephone, even afterwards Weston left to ensure everything phoning had gone fine. The cost was reasonable -- opening the door and re-keying my deadbolt cost me less than I once paid another company to pick a lock.

Where to begin, they start in the Anaheim/Anaheim Hills/ Yorba Linda region. Then was very great. Very accommodating people that were all very great. Competitive pricing too. You want a secret or locksmithing work done, your doing yourself a disservice by not moving there.

After leaping around out of locksmith to all locksmith storefronts all I could honestly say Academy Locksmith is your best.
After being told by other locksmith stores my key was a specific order key, and they couldn't do it, I had practically given up hope that I'd find a locksmith with my"special" key. The key isn't a don't replicate key a milder key .
This year, best customer service I have received!
The key copying procedure was easy and quick! It was just $ 4 per key, although locksmiths needed to charge $12 for this key.
Walked to Academy Locksmith and was immediately greeted by Jason. Showed him the key, and they didn't possess the key too. Instead of sending me away, he searched to order for the key and went to his personal computer. He found it and arranged the key right away. He gave me a call the next Monday to tell me and jason ordered the key for us on Friday they had arrived!

Called our door to change locks since we could not figure out it. They showed us the way to change codes utilize it with our phones, installed a keyless lock which we bought online and came out the same afternoon. Recommend these guys they know their stuff. No keys and no longer getting locked out.

Fernando was a excellent help over the phone. Finest thing of all is that I got it from what the dealer was trying to charge. My secret even had the Toyota emblem woop woop appears exactly like the first. Semko had a crucial lying around with my Toyota emblem, he also came out to my job and made the key although I was on the clock.... Who does this. People we have to continue businesses like this that will emerge, meet you personally and provide a mobile service that is not expensive. Thank you

I locked myself from my house because it costs a lot to get yourself back 22, and I was frustrated. Fernando helped by sending a voucher to me and advised me to call around and he'd be willing to price match. I didn't have to worry about price since the costs at Academy Locksmith were $10 less than anywhere else matching. I called to tell them I was ready for my own door to be receptive and Mike arrived in about 15 minutes! Before I knew it super fast and I had been inside. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Phone Academy Locksmith Should you require someone to come pick on a lock for you. I can't recommend them enough.

Only spent 5 minutes at their store. Two individuals there and no one attended to us. Taking company elsewhere. Looked like store has been painted. Not a great deal of stock shown.

This area definitely has the best customer service in contrast to other locksmith places! They were nice and so helpful to assist out us . Fernando offered a much better price than sum other company who wanted to charge 220 to us! Definitely call this place to get a excellent price and amazing customer service!

I gave it a shot and known at 12:30 AM after I found our bathroom door was secured with no way to get in. In my surprise I managed to reach their Client Service/Call Center. I gave my advice and let them know I had a bathroom door unlocked whenever possible.
I eventually receive a call. 3 hours and 13 minutes after they opened. I would recommend taking your needs elsewhere if this is the response and professionalism which is to be anticipated.
Seeing that their Anaheim Office is a two minute drive from my home, the Client Service Rep insured me that somebody will contact me when they come in at 6 AM. I was hopeful that somebody would be sent to my home around 6:30 AM, giving me enough time. Knowing I best have a Plan B if someone doesn't reach back out at time, I discovered another Locksmith in a better price that managed to get the job done from Academy Locksmith.

I was extremely happy with the locksmith's service and professionalism. He did an excellent job and was prompt. I think the charges were fair and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend academy locksmiths to my friends and family members. alice

My father is currently suffering from the early stages of dementia, and is 78 years old. The last time he went to the bank, $5000 was withdrawn by him. Which he promptly misplaced. And the final time he drove his vehicle, he took a detour through a neighbor's front yard. So I have his car keys now. It is tricky to withhold his independence. He is currently calling me to ask for his keys, sometimes over a dozen times a day. I had my sister tell him that she had been holding the keys for a while to take some pressure off me. That didn't last. She caved the first time he needed them returned.
But she didn't.
That is called personality. That is why I am writing this review that is very long after getting off the phone. And that I'll call Karen, especially, at Academy Locksmith next time I want help getting into my residence, irrespective of cost.
But Karen did not cave. Karen called me today, understanding nothing of our situation, to notify me of the intent of my father. She listened to the particulars of my situation, and she responded with the offer of assistance.
She agreed to put up an appointment for that was late to placate my father, by which time I will have had time to move his vehicle. Then she called again to tell me she had done.
Karen from Academy Locksmith called me twice. She didn't have to. Was under no obligation to do so, lawful or otherwise.
She probably ought to have taken the very first time to that old guy's money he called. Businesses are in business to generate money.

Some of the rudest people I have dealt with. Worst customer service.
Wanted to find a quote on a more costly items and have been hassle us about the work we wanted. Certainly they do not need more business. So glad we ended up not using them.

Super fast and and reasonably priced. Locked myself out of my house and had to have in my house ASAP. I called them and Mike L. came in under 15 minutes and got me in my house within minutes. I'm very grateful for their fast reaction. Mike was great and quite efficient.
