. .getting there is a replacement such a headache. The automobile fees $150 or more just for programming the key fob. And sit for hours and you have to make an appointment. Drew had me in and out in under 10 minutes. For no where near what the automobile fees.

I needed 2 sets of keys made quickly and near the area.... Never been around ACME but went in. It was occupied, and every customer was treated using a hello, and thanked for awaiting by Andrew.
When it was my turn, he inquired, how can I assist you today and thanked me. He looked at my gate remote, and completed the keys.

Dallin was the tech friendly and unlocked my vehicle in pass then 5 minutes. Paid was reasonable.
Fantastic support! I had been locked out of the vehicle. I called another firm before ACME and has been told me they do not have anybody available. Called ACME, they were at the same situation but worked it out to figure how they could get somebody. Set the expectation of how long they could get some over. I was not in a hurry to go anywhere so that I was okay with the time frame (1.5 hrs)

My negative gate lock problem and Additionally, I went to the store and spoke together.
I had our door. Bobby arrived and supplied quotes. Difficulty locks were recognized by him and helped me with rekey and of my lock difficulties.
I called and was able to obtain an appointment the following day.

I utilized ACME in Scottsdale back and they did a fantastic job.

Loved my safes, this place batteries died and I had lost the key. Andrew had my safe open in literally 2 minutes and I brought it and replaced my batteries and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Andrew was super useful and extremely reasonably priced. This place is highly recommended by me.

So sad to create this review... I have been having keys made and referring clients for entire home re-keys for 10+ years and now am going to tell my clients to get their home rekeyed through their home warranty company. Three employees, 1 individual in front of us, stood for 10 minutes, was told"we will get to another" by two of them. Three employees, two clients, sounds so much for attempting to encourage local company.

Got my key stuck in door lock early on a Monday morning prior to work, had to leave door open. Support and called was excellent, very courteous, quick surprise expenses, price very affordable. Fixed within hours.Days afterwards called late nearly 10 in the night, door lock did not work. Big Mike came in about 30 minutes quick. Solved all issues. I was very happy.

25 Muints was stated by standing in long afte waiting for 1 and a half hours for the locksmith to show up after there dispatch. The Smith was entirely professional, in un and rude condescending. Ge stsrted telling me it would take 4 or 3 hours to rekey a lock that is tsilgste. His boss said it would not be a probelm but it had been for him .After speaking that he did the job. I've utilized Scottsdale lock and secure for many years without a problem.... I will reevaluate where I do business in the long run. Customer service lacking customer services. Very poor here reconsider doing almost any business. There are 3 people. Not a good pelis

I need to research everything on the world wide web, & I thought I had to purchase a lock by Medeco or even Mul-T-Lock. I found online that I could get them through Acme, so I called them to ask. The man on the phone was super nice, & discussed all my options with me. He told me he can sell me a few of the expensive locks I called about, but it would be overkill. He indicated an extremely secure lock in a cost, but still better than you purchase in the hardware store.
I would recommend using Acme as a locksmith.
I had a great encounter with Acme Locksmith. I have. I'd tenants in my area for 4 years, so who knows who had what essential the lock was crappy, & the doors were secure.
The installer which came out went with me over options, & gave me a specific quote before starting the work. In my view, it was the cost for the security & peace of mind, I have. My only opinions to Acme would be to decrease the trip fee for appointments that are scheduled.

Left Brian, & Acme Locksmith helped out me. It was my second time in there in as many weeks, and occasionally, the customer support was superb. Brian gave me info about the industry safety concerns to take into account. All in all, a great experience.

Wonderful Support by Brian and team! I called with an emergency fix and they were out in under 30 minutes. Reasonable prices and professional! There is a reason they are so highly rated!! Would definitely recommend!
