Acoma Lock & Security

Acoma went beyond and over in a situation. Our front door components required rekeying and latch fix. The hardware maker was challenging to say the least. Rather than tell us that new hardware was the sole alternative, Acoma worked for months to secure the part needed that we could keep the hardware that was special. Keys for security doors that are ornamental were atypical, and required considerable effort to get cut. Their work is first rate, and they're also a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

I'd look elsewhere if their communication abilities are indicative of their work, although I can not talk for their craftsmanship. I spent weeks phoning several times just to get them to do an estimate and they could do that. They blamed me for the communication breakdown, saying they had been attempting to call and text. Not correct.

Might be closed. Called and got a system. Couldn't leave a message or reach an operator. The message just kept looping. Tried have received no response in just two days and email.

We needed to add some safety features and replace secrets and locksets in my business to both the front and rear doors. The guys at Acoma were able to fit me and I couldn't of been happier! Thanks guys I know!

I have had a fantastic experience and have used Acoma for several locksmith items through the last few years. Mario, the owner, gets things done and took good care of my issue. My most recent adventure was when I wanted a car remote. I had already known as the Medved trader in the town and it was likely to charge me 145 for the part after which 35 for the programming price and I'd need to schedule the programming through the service dept. Mario needed a matching remote in stock and did the whole programming while I graduated - took about 10 minutes! The very best part was that it cost $80 dollars total, so I saved me $100 dollars! You'd better believe that I will return for sure! Thank you Acoma!!

These guys have been used by me in the past and they have always been efficient and professional. No hidden charges plus they charge a price that is fair. I had an excellent experience with them that put this over the rest. They came into my house to change my locks (someone unsavory had keys to my house) even though I wasn't educated and didn't charge me for a number of the labor charges which they could have billed me for. I made the mistake of employing a few jerk once I discovered I couldn't be fit by Acoma . When you hire a locksmith with these $15 a change 15, be careful - they and cost a lot of money!!! They do not tell you upfront, either. And since I had been by and a single mother myself I was seen by them .
Thus the Acoma locksmith organization is the way to go. I had to call the authorities on the other guy/locksmith that came into my house because he would not leave and began working on my lock so that I would need to pay him even though I didn't need him to perform the services after I found out how much it would cost. Acoma's owner stopped by to make sure the guy aided me rekey the locks onto the place and left since another guy took off with my key. They made sure I was cared for and it was a lesson which I will never forget. Their kindness with me made all the difference. They gave me a few suggestions on which I could do to fix my problem weren't trying to gouge me and were so helpful. I can't say enough about their ethics and these men! Thank you in the bottom of my heart.

That's the last time I talked to them. They never once called me, and that I needed to use another corporation. Acoma came highly recommended by a different locksmith and it sounds like they're a fantastic choice for a lot of people. Regrettably, that was not my expertise.
I had a key to get a used car I bought and I wanted to utilize a local business. As soon as I called them, they gave me a quote and said they'd need to purchase the key and it would require a week. After fourteen days, I walked into the shop and asked about the key. The young guy said it was not in yet and I would be called by them. I walked in and was informed , after two more weeks, it was not in yet.

This business cares about people and the town of Castle Rock. They went above and beyond customer support, and they're quite reasonably priced. Helped me with both house and Auto locks - highly recommend!

Mario Wibbens, the owner, was heading after hours when I reached him the other night from Castle Rock. His errand was immediately abandoned by him and turned around. He came in 10 minutes and got my secured door available in moments. He saved the day!!! I gave him a big bear hug because he deserved it! I would refer all my friends and clients . These guys are as honest and professional as you can. We were locked out of the house late in the day. Acoma was predicted by me. They said the would be here in 30 minutes and the cost would be $85. He stayed with his price quotation and was here within the anticipated time, immediately fixed the issue. Top shelf service. Honest. Professional. Without question as good as it gets. Avoid the scammers. Acoma is the thing to do.
