They were called by us later on a Friday afternoon and they were eager to come on short notice. We ended up not needing them to come until Monday, but even then, that is short note. The associates were punctual, efficient and considerate. They gave us a fair cost and were quiet and tidy. We will use Action Rooter & Plumbing again should we need anything else or for plumbing services o the rest of the home. If you're looking for good guys who get the work done, hire them. They again were polite and did not waste any time and cleaned everything up. They even sent photos to my spouse of the job. Thanks guys!
Action Rooter was quick to return to my house and inspect my leak. They could explain properly what had to be performed and why and were educated. The price was fair and cheaper than other quotes I received from pipes companies. Once they have been completed, they could finish the job in a few hours and cleaned up the area.

Made an appointment for Wednesday Feb 28 st 2 p.m. Plumber was a no show. No phone call. I won't call this place . I guess a drain clearance was not worth the trouble.
The job got done, however there is room for advancement. I can't complain much because I did not cover this myself. I rent a condo in Fullerton, along with this company to fix our sink faucet along with my roommate's shower was chosen by the landlord. There was a small mess left behind, which I did not appreciate. It also took much longer than the 60 minutes their job truck states. The plumber had to go purchase a new faucet, so I do understand that added into the time, but it took total or two hours.
I received my sewer primary and they did a fantastic job and very inexpensive and professional. Customer service and answered all of my queries. Highly recommend.
I tremendously recommend I had another company come out and quote me on a gasoline line I needed to replace then I called out action rooter not only did they beat there price but they offered me a better more efficient way of running the gasoline line underground with out damaging my complete front yard 5stars to them and there group.

Nice guys. I had a shower tub clog that wasn't even slightly draining and live on a story unit in Corona Del Mar. Then the decrease shower became clogged, although they came in and fixed it. I phoned them back once I realized that was the case and they came out the following business day and took care of it totally free of charge. They take responsibility and pride for the work they do.
