Amazing Lock Service

These guys crush it. Called them over the holidays (yeahthis review is late ) since the secret I had stashed to our apartment had been taken, and nobody could get in to feed our cat. This service was recommended to me by our real estate company, as our landlord was known by them and would have the ability to change the locks into the apartment when ensuring our landlord's master key would still work.
Long story short, I got on the telephone and a few hours after the job was done. Would have been great if they have fed the cat as well, but hey, what can you do. Also, two things: the key they created for our apartment is gold instead of silver, and this is amazing because now I can tell the difference between which key opens door and one opens the door to our apartment. (Yes, I know I could have just gotten a rubber item to place on each key, but it's amazing that Amazing Locks just inadvertently solved this problem for me personally.) The lock works 100x better than the old one did.
I was really happy to pay what I did, although I'm unsure how prices one of locksmiths compare. Give those guys a call next time. They're Amazing!

Not sure which gentleman came out as I wasn't home, but the service was speedy and professional.
There was a series of break-in's in the hood in which the lock has been popped open. From all reports, Amazon bundles were the items of interest. Our location was fine, but figured why tempt fate.
In general, I would recommend them for your own locksmith needs.
I asked about some stuff and the gentleman I talked to on the phone talked me. He simply recommended what I had to get the task finished. . .nice!
They gave us a window of 9 am or so the Doctor worked in the home daily. They predicted around 12:50 pm to say they were running a bit late as they had my number for contact info. As I was able to let The Doctor know This was fine. They might have come out after letting me know the part was in, if we had managed, but nobody could have been home. So the day that is best was the Monday following the weekend. I felt like they squeezed us , which was fine by me as I wanted the job.
They were upfront about the fact that the part wasn't in-house and could need to be ordered. They known immediately to schedule a time to come out and did so. For that which we got, the price was fair and the job was quite professional looking.

These guys are successful and efficient in their tasks. Will not keep you waiting and will charge you a fair cost for their job. I have used other services and have not found one as effective and simple as Amazing Lock Service.

24 hour service. A small shop just off Belmont. Duplicate keys..re pin locks..sell safes..high end door hardware..key rings but most importantly they do it correctly. Car lock outs..re keying lockc and key blanks. Parking is tight with only a few areas out front. When possessions were handled by me over there, staff to be useful. They could stamp keys"don't copy" and assist with auto remotes. A north side fixture for lock help.

I owe these guys a big one. I have a particular person who I am no longer friends with refusing to give a copy of my back. They were contacted by me and had a second window as well as an estimate within the hour. Jake was predicted to let me know he was 10 minutes outside. He was quite friendly and the job was done professionally and fast. He demonstrated the keys did and that the older key no longer functioned. Thanks so much guys, you'll be my new visit!

The support I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN ANY INDUSTRY!
Bill at Beautiful Lock guaranteed the work a couple of decades back and came out to my building to install a new door automobile final mechanism.
The doorway would capture rather than and I had an old doorway which enlarged sometimes with moisture and humidity close. Bill came 7-8 days over the decades out to correct the closing. He did it with a smile and laughter and has ne er me charged once!

Very support, Outstanding! Nick did a fantastic job and that I shall continue to utilize them in the future!

Friendly, arrived in under 30 minutes. I couldn't recommend them highly!! They got me back into my flat in time to watch my Pats in the Super Bowl only to my anxious dog. . .it was trying.

Each time that I've used this service I have been quite happy. They have re-keyed re-keyed mailboxes in my complicated, my locks, and replaced my latch on my door. The service guy who came out was really helpful in locating and I have a specific patio door which has a lock and made sure to make a round trip and pick up this. They have pricing for their solutions - sometimes you win sometimes you need to pay a little more for one service. Either way recommend them and I will always use this service. Shout-out to Bill who's really kind and helpful.

Phil came by after I called, needing to update the front door lock of my Lakeview shop. After ascertaining my deadbolt was enough, and assessing, he told me I didn't need anything. Upselling did not try although he offered to write up an estimate for the most I could do if I actually wanted. And he made me feel much safer.
Now if Chicago politicians may be to do the same for this crime spree that is absurd so I quit waking up in the middle of the night to check my safety cameras. Please and thank you.

I purchased a new location and needed a re-key. They keys and fast, friendly service work perfectly. Highly recommend.

I've been here twice for copies of keys made. The owner is very pleasant and efficient. I've never had an issue with the keys that he cuts either. Great place to go and great rates.

A key in the keyhole broke off making it impossible to open the door from the exterior. Jake showed up within the time frame and also did an excellent job of repairing the lock. Not only was he professional and effective but also educated me about this lock that is classic and how it works. Fantastic support and reasonably priced. Quite happy.

Amazing is right! I got locked out of my vehicle and Nick was there in 15 minute! He got me in about 5 min in my car. I will certainly use them later on.

Door broke and includes a lock but suffering from old age. Bill at Amazing Lock came out in 30 minutes (because their dispatcher said he would). Devised a temporary solution (which to this day is holding up well). Had a line who could provide replacement at cost that is reasonable. Super - a company to keep on your listing of go-to providers.

Fantastic support! This firm was helpful after a second locksmith gave us the run around. Figuring out of the way to utilize their support and will do it again and again!

I truly appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me... I came in with ideas from another local shop and was attempting to obtain a competitive offer, but they took the opportunity to listen and then came up with a solution which had been HALF AS EXPENSIVE and met ALL my needs perfectly. They are now the only shop I recommend... I had originally heard about them by a really successful property manager that uses them entirely.

I've been negligent in reevaluate my critique since I was given such diligent support regarding a difficult (I was told"hopeless") car key replacement. Since I am delayed, I really don't remember the owner's name but he did not give up until he was powerful and he saved me a lot of money!
