Hello everybody on 12/14/18 I'd American Leak Detection come back to my home in Wesley Chapel to discover a leak in the bathroom Sheetrock wall that I was quite concerned due to the fast spread of mill due. The specialized asked me questions accessed the damage did a test and discovered the flow coming from the window shutters. I will have it is fixed by the builder since my home is just 4 years old and they had been hoping to put the damage responsible on my home insurance. Worst experience I've had in Tampa. Don't use this company. Thought we had a leak, called it to be detected by them. . They discovered nothing after 35mins and still charged us the $350 flat rate (that was not said in the first place). So we're essentially where we were not understanding the flooring boards are buckling but contributed 350$ to a business for shooting at a costly escape gun at my own wall.
Now I was dismissed by my follow up visit by Dan. He said something which you rarely hear with small regional companies in FL. "We want to make sure that your concerns are taken care of." After fixing a few leaks I noticed my water level dipping - although I was passed the guarantee period I consented to have them come back out, though it may cost me $again. Dan evaluated everything and determined the problem was only normal evaporation and did not charge me for the visit. He travelled as far as to set up a"bucket evaluation" so that I could see if there is in fact a leak. I felt horrible for having someone come out but Dan was so concerned that the problem was taken care of.
We are currently buying a house in New Port Richey and the standard inspection showed a leak as the meter still slowly turned despite nothing at the house running. Fearing the worst, we now predicted American Leak Detection to see what they could find. Tami found the leak was outside of the house and a matter that was simple to fix and came out. Outstanding service and a great value. I would use these guys again and recommend them.
