Tony out of Aqua Flo was at clearing my sewer , absolutely amazing. Companies had informed me that it had been so bad I would have to pay for two hrs of hydro jetting and might have to dig this up.

Tony was very nice, professional. Came to fix my garbage disposal which had been installed by my contractor's plumber. Thank goodness Tony understood exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. Took minutes! Tony wore gloves and has been very conscientious of my residence and time. Tony took pictures. Was in and out of my home quickly while performing a very fantastic job in a timely way. Thank you!

The tech said it could be fixed by him. He said he couldn't fix it and opened the whole shower fixture. Then he said he was going to charge me to put it back together. I told him I wasn't paying that and that he didn't need to put it back together. Once I take out this, he showed me a shower valve and said I need to replace it. I told him do not worry about it. Leave it. Do not suggest using this company.
What a poor plumbing firm. They sent out a tech to my location to investigate water.

Following a village sewer back up occurred, tony came outside to check our traces. He took the opportunity to check out everything in my house to make sure we are flowing good and everything worked great. Thanks to Tony for braving the April snow to be certain our plumbing needs were met. Tony is very friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

I have talked to Dan and John on the phone and they're in giving explanations, patient and respectful.
For plumber, Tony has been my option. With his training, knowledge that is practical & honest fundamentals I feel a sense of peace and assurance of mind. He's also prompt.

This bathroom and the pipes abut up against the garage, so it's very easy for us to cut in the drywall and provide the plumber access. Although the plumber leaves, and won't wait the couple of minutes for us to phone into that wall, says he has appointments.
Tl:dr - revealed on time, refused to perform the work, left.
He arrived that the pipes had been welded and he would have to torch off them. He would want access to the plumbing to do that.
, and also helped us moved the sink in question from the restroom.
Fundamentally we cleared out the bathroom and stayed home to get done. I am at a loss for exactly what other appointments to if that has been our appointment period, the plumber had to create it.
We wanted a plumber to come in and replace the valves and ran in a bathroom we remodeled into a water valve. We cleared everything out and stayed home from work to receive the plumber.

Lately had Aqua Flow into my home to eliminate tree roots. Until the line was cleared, bill came out in the worst weather and worked. He was friendly and productive. Offered information to keep the line open and washed everything up before he left. Thanks!

Although the insurance company was slow to find the contractor on the line, when he was come through by Tony did the thing.

Aqua flow came out to my house Monday to mend a leaky kitchen sink. My techs were Immanuel and tony. Tony was fair, considerate, respectful, and absolutely professional. He provided a solution that was quick and identified the matter. He communicated with my house warranty program to be certain everything could be covered. If I have another plumbing leak I will call Aqua leak and ask Tony!!

I can see why everyone asks for Tony the time. He is great! I was running late since nobody was at home; nonetheless, Tony was very patient and waited for me for 30 minutes. He was very professional and informational and was very simple to use. Described to me everything I needed to listen to and gave me hints about how best to conduct the water. Hats off to Tony!

My bit of advice with this company would be to avoid them at any cost.
I'd Aqua Flow delegated to me by my home warranty company. They came out to evaluate the problem. I had. Following the technician came out it took two weeks to submit the proposal to the warranty company. I did not receive the proposal in the pipes until roughly a month after, despite many follow up calls. After I did get the proposal I found the plumbing company grossly over-inflated the range of work. I tried calling the company to clarify the scope and talk about why it was different than that which the technician had stated on site, but was never allowed to speak with the estimator or technician. Finally, Aqua Flow decided if they couldn't put $950 worth of extras onto a job that it was not worth there time. This process took me to solve. I hired another plumbing company, they replaced the trap in less than two hours for $290 and came out two weeks after. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, there are service providers that are much greater out there.

Thank you a lot for your providers. My hot water tank managed to get an appointment for the next day Monday and went out on Sunday. Randy that the serviceman managed to substitute the hot water tank at that time. I'm very grateful.

My outflow pipe for my sump pump . Although I had been attached to Aqua Flow Tony was delegated and called me. Tony and I discussed the situation and he came through over the hour and recognized the problem significantly less than 15 mins of being . Now, its a -20 degree windchill. Since my outflow pipe wasn't mounted properly, the water did not leak as it should have due to the angle and it froze. Tony took the time to explain my options and also his recommendation. I went along with his recommendation. As I followed him around to learn, he clarifies what and and works quickly. He followed his job, analyzed the sump pump and change , and also provided the tools and instruction for my next steps for a long term fix to prevent in the future.
According to the service and professionalism of Tony, I would think about using Aqua Flow again in the future- request Tony!

Our Village Hall refered to Aqua Flow Plumbing me. I called this company yesterday and they had been at my home and resolved our issue. I am relieved that Tony gave us advice and was able to rod our sewer line out over the hour . I can't thank him enough for being knowledgeable, effective, patient, and quick!

Tony was awesome! He came out and recognized the problem and fixed it! We will ONLY use Aquaflow later on. Thank you Tony!
