Luis, technician, showed up on time to re-key several locks and reprogram garage door openers. He assessed the job then started functioning. Luis was fast, efficient, and very courteous. We are very happy with his job and could hire Arco.

Reasonably priced and service from the Technician. The technician was in and out to the rekeying of 4 locks in under an hour. He was upfront about the pricing for any extra work. No hidden costs and didn't attempt to pressure me into anything that I didn't require. New keys work great and smooth.

My home warranty covered a re-keying through ARCO Lock & Security, so I wasn't expecting great support. BUT, great service is what I got! Kevin rekeyed all 5 of my locks and was professional and kind. I would certainly use ARCO again.

I had a great Encounter with Kevin from ARCO Lock and Security. Once I moved into a house and reset my garage door opener he re-keyed my house. He had been clean, fast, efficient, friendly without a bunch of chit-chat -- he understood what he was doing -- and I felt safe with him on my property. Based on my experience, I recommend ARCO Lock and safety together with hesitation.

Employed today, ARCO to rekey my house and they were great. The tech changed out 7 locks and was here for perhaps 25 minutes and engineered two garage door remotes. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that I have locks on my house and ARCO did a great job supplying the customer support which I wanted.

Josh came over this afternoon and re-keyed my house which my spouse and I bought a few weeks ago. He was super useful it was pleasurable to be around too. He was in and out in under an hour and I have keys that are new to my house! If you're trying to find a re-key, look no further.

A bit more about the safety system, they use the MONI Smart Security. The security panel supplied to me was touch display and easy to use. It has the capacity to talk, rather than beep. The door detectors are small and adhesive to the wall rather than drilled to the wall. The small size is aesthetically acceptable for me personally, and that I prefer my items to be stuck on the wall rather than drilled. Additionally, it has website and phone app capacities. The whole system is extremely easy to navigate.
I found ARCO through my home warranty business. I do not understand where they've been all of my life! They saved me much time and the solutions have been priced, given I feel the pricing might have been different since it had been organized through my home warranty company. I had them reprogram the garage remotes, change the locks my house out, and put in a security system. Josh was the technician who arrived at my house, and he's the best! I had been because of perform, but he had been very professional about it and went on his business. He worked very fast but was exact and understood exactly what he was doing. He was amenable to doing anything I asked, although I might have amazed him with some additional support requests. He had been very decisive when I asked him for an opinion, and he hauled in a way which was direct, straight. He took some time. He double checked his work before he left, to make certain all was in working order. I guess this review is more about the technician they shipped to my property, but when Josh is an indicator of the company's quality, I would need to say they're top-notch.
