Tom was a real lifesaver this week for my daughter that is one year-old and myself! My key fell out of my pocket onto the chair while I got my daughter out of her car seat. I secured us out of the car with my keys and phone inside. The store he had my car door and I led to called Tom for me available in twenty minutes! He didn't do any damage was friendly as could beworked quickly. I hope that I do not need to, but I would certainly call him again! Much faster and easier than calling any service!

I am very pleased with the products and services I received from Arizona Locksmith. Evaluate what I needed for safety and nick came out immediately to discuss my needs. He had return out off to put in a lock together with a door knob plus pinpad with lock in the finish which I wanted. CJ showed me how to program and operate the pinpad, and place me it. It was a really positive experience at a cost that is competitive. I have Arizona Locksmith on speed dial now for that unexpected day of the car. Tom fully saved me!! I locked my handbag (in addition to my phone and keys) in the car and tom showed up in 10 minutes after my call. He was efficient and super quick. He mentioned that he had been on his way so I truly appreciate that he dropped everything to help me, to meet some people for dinner. He defended his own price and decided to yell at me over the 22, when I called Tom to describe the price difference. I wrapped up, shaking from the experience he then preceded to text me of his argument. Just to be clear, not in this procedure did we text. I never gave him permission to reach me.
I have NEVER had such a bad customer service experience.

I had been quoted for a driving charge and up to $40 service charge. Oh and that he would be here in half an hour. Within a hour he showed up stating it was going to be 160. I had been taken advantage of. I called Tom asked for a quote and again gave him the exact same senerio. I had been given THE 70 QOUTE. Could it have jumped 90 bucks! It had been one lock which took two minutes to start.

Locked my keys in my car. With 30 minutes of me calling, Nick has been the best price and came on a Friday evening. Service was very friendly and quick, problem resolved. Should I make the exact same mistake will definitely call again!

I would like to thank Arizona Locksmith for assisting me when my key broke off at the front door to my house. They were able fix it in no time and to get to me immediately. I would recommend them to all!

The following morning right on time The technician came. He introduced himself and we analyzed what was needed. Moshe managed create an adjustment on a single door to insure everything worked as well as to refund all three locks and was very professional.
Having recently bought a portable home I needed a locksmith to come over and repair and rekey the locks onto the device. I contacted Arizona Locksmith and talked with Tom.
Tom was cordial and professional and we set an appointment for the following day. He told me it would be but he'd be available if there be some complications. As soon as I hung up the phone I had a great feeling about the way I was treated and the services Tom'd recommended.
I can not say enough about how great is was to deal with this company. I recommend them and before I forget the fees for the job were fair.

Nick and tom are excellent to work with. I threw a curveball in them using a special and rare application and they hit it out of the park. They were able to handle everything in the window I gave them .
Pricing is also great in contrast to other sellers I've talked to. I trust them for all my future projects.

Today Nick arrived to my home that was new that was re-key and arrived even earlier than promised. 4 doors piled in no time flat! Service and excellent function as before. I advised him AZ locksmith could be who I'll use forever!!

He came over to the girlfriends home to the rear sliding glass door as well as the door to the identical key as the security door. The locks required different kinds of keys so they had to be replaced to be able to use 1 key for locks. He'd all hardware in truck necessary to complete the job immediately. Bad support! I secured my car key. When I called themthey told it costed $29, but it turned out to bill me $180. It's a cheating company. I will BBB them. Never use them
