Got the car is, running was not before. Had to continue using my original key since the new key since he didn't have the proper equipment to do 31, he made could not be programmed by the tech. Said their brother would return to program the key in the following day or 2. That was 3 weeks ago. When I call they say that the TECH will phone me when he could perform it and they say they include the notes and alert the tech. Have not received a call from a tech since the support. Got a call Gave me a two month guarantee on ignition. It's jicking already. Need it repaired. Guess they're so busy they do not need that 50

Called multiple numbers on Google for businesses including"SOS Locksmith" and"Key Rescue". Every number went into the same woman. They"fixed" our business' locks. And by"fixing" it, they took out the screws and said it had been too loose so we'd need to replace the entire lock soon. Paid $400 for that telephone.
NEVER AGAIN.
When"Marshall Locksmith" showed up, '' he said that I still had to pay for the"service call". I informed him when they broke the lock 15, I wasn't paying anything. Their"Tech Supervisor" called to tell me I had to pay the service charge"or else".
Called dispatch, told them the tech took out screws and did not replace them. They offered me $1000 to get a lock! I still set up a service call and told them to just fix the present lock to keep it from falling off again... While I'm waiting on the tech to come out, I visited our regional store and told them exactly what was happening. The neighborhood store came out and fixed it immediately, new lock and all for just $200...

Company DO NOT USE THEM they're thieves. I locked my keys in my truck which is a simple fix with a telephone to a locksmith. I phoned this company since it appeared on google once I searched for a locksmith (on the receipt they gave me is known as"Marshall Locksmith") A man named Juan Cruz came out to unlock my car for $60. He told me to be able to receive my trunk unlocked it'd cost me another $40 and unlocked my car. I had $30 on me and it was taken by him but he wasn't happy. He advised me"around here you get blasted for this" which made no sense being in Plano, Texas... really man you're gunna"blast" me for 10 bucks?
I called the dispatcher that I clarified the situation he had been zero help told me to manage it myself and call the police and spoke to. He advised me that it is actually not procedure as soon as they have received the 60 for them to request more money. But no help provided.
When I asked for someone else high up in the business he gave me a number to call. I talked to a girl who informed me that the technician said it never happened and also it was his word against mine. Nevertheless no apologies and no help provided.
These are the sort of people this provider lets to operate for them. They'll take your cash. Don't use them!

I threw a fit with the firm for deception and the bill was finally reduced by them . The purchase price should have been $ 220, while I value the reduction. Now I see all these reviews and come online. Must have known.
Fast forward to this following day, I wind up getting a bill for $366 to open the door ($180 to drill open door, $29 service telephone, $130 for 2 new locks, and tax).
Asked the dispatcher 5x for a quote until they came out, to open the door. I asked what the price is to the lock. He says, oh 15 - $20.
Worth noting my tech was a wonderful man and did a good job.

Them had been quoted $50 after being locked out to the 2nd story. Since he sees how bad the problem was, the man gets there and tries to bill $200. We could have discussed the price after he left someone says and then calls. So MAD!!

We have all been there - WHAT! Keys are in the car!! - every 5 decades, so this occurs to me like 1 and I don't use the locksmith regrettably. Avenue Locksmith was very responsive - over 45 minutes of my first contact (before 8:00 AM) - however, should you use them be ready for a shock; 100$ to unlock you vehicle PLUS excursion time. Doesn't matter that it took all of 15 seconds for the technician. There is not any way Avenue Locksmith can justify 15 minutes of work costing 100$ (recall - excursion is extra).
Be warned!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Unsure how they're still in business. Avoid at all cost.

Luckily, I didn't get taken from the scam, but I did. Avenue Locksmith has FABULOUS Search Engine Optimization for local terms (maybe I need to let Google know that they're assisting a fraudster) therefore that I ran . I called and was told that it would be a $15 service charge and a minimum of a $35 labor fee. $50 was less than some of the other quotes I received. Less that it ought to have been a red flag.
I got a call back. The guy said the tech was to my place. I told him I pinpointed the telephone after the wait and reading reviews. He continued to call back and harass me until I blocked his calls.

It's a good thing they didn't call right back and show.
The guy said that he would be there in 15-20 minutes, and I would find a call back within a few minutes from the service tech that was mobile. WOW!

Shady as can be! I called a number, got a reception ticket by another firm, and got charged by a this company. I called Benbrook Locksmiths the number and got the most shady locksmith. Don't trust this company!!! No set costs, they charge whatever they want!

It took him less a single drill and then two minutes to start the mailbox.
I called to receive my mailbox lock replaced the keys were misplaced by me. The locksmith came fooled me by stating that the locks I have are high safety locks and it'll take him to crack it. It could require him 15 to 45 minutes. He offered me 265$ and given the amount of work he told me, I requested 200 $ to charge me.
I felt as though I had been robbed. The locksmith told me that for him to come to my place was 25$ he is not going to charge me from courtesy. I wasn't told about those charges on the telephone.

Overpriced 180 dollars for keys locked in car if website baits you in stating 30 dollars to get a service call and 19-200 for all service and guess what its not 19 dollars. Scam

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! While we were outside of the nation my son called them to help start a door....they drilled a complete by means of a deadbolt and opened. . .the cost was $500...I called them several times and they emailed me to say that there was nothing they could do. Everybody please post on your facebook so everybody can know not to use this firm.

Would be a zero if possible. Wanted to write this review. They lure you and will lie to you. They'll do a job and will refuse to fix or compromise on reimbursement. Please I am urging everyone to steer clear of this total scam. Will be taking actions against those thieves.

I locked my keys in my car. I called and he said when he arrives, the cost would be discussed by us. He clearly was charging me and that I refused to cover what he asked (170). He got all kinds of rude and when I said, either you move lower or not get paid end of story, period. He got even more angry. I told nicely leave and lock my keys back. When I finally I got him to 120 (still overcharging) and that I was debating if I should tell him to kiss my ass, I was tired and hot. As a lesson learned wrote off it. He also did something weird and it was Got money and canceled the card.

She denies any wrongdoing and flat out ignores most of my emails although I have contacted Celeste Lopez the supervisor several times asking for a refund. Do your self a favor and discover another locksmith.
I could not repair it and had a stuck near of my doors on one. I called Avenue Locksmith and the dispatcher lent me $19 to get a service call and $29 for its repair. The tech contacted me saying he would be there soon. 3 hours after he showed up to my residence. I left for work so that my wife let him . It took him 45 min to repair the doorway and he billed my wife $260.88 for its repair. They raise the cost significantly clearly utilize deceptive techniques and quote you a very low amount over the phone and then on site. Well beyond fair wages for 45!
BTW they are F. Before allowing these people come to my 14, I should have done more research!

Stay away! $145 for two minutes work to unlock a door.
