Update in response of Cody's freak out: that is not a inspection, the work was done in Dallas. So I'm not surprised he is hoping to call this imitation he did not take responsibility. That is what happens if you refuse to fix it and do a job you get a poor review. If you get burned, if you want take this advice, just don't be surprised.
There is a reason. STAY AWAY, there are PLENTY of other reputable locksmiths in the area. His work is not backed up (what he states is completely false) and he is a flake. You will end up having to cover a locksmith that is different replace and to fix his work.
