Came out to help me fix a mistake that morning, we made. Saviors! Thank you and we will call for any future demands.

I'll keep this short. Nice young woman came out and changed my mail key out. She also did a great job and showed up on time. I would use them again.

Due to various reasons we needed to rekey the house. Gentleman was on time and very professional. Lock support has been over 20 years back. Tech lubed he installed and locks more lockplate screws where needed. Was reasonable and also a joy to do business with. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment online and it had been confirmed.
I had been in the midst of directing traffic on a home I'd closed escrow on a single hour with movers along with the pool guy. Robert showed up immediately, I showed him my locks. Without attempting to upsell me since I had a lock not like the others, my options were explained by him. He laid out my options and we chose one based on the truth that I needed everything keyed.
Robert completed his job efficiently and quickly and I had been charged a fair price. . If only the rest of my home buy went smoothly as my appointment in Mr Rekey with Robert. Thanks!

I called Mr. Rekey this morning to replace a new home (to me personally ) guards, not sure who has keys and want to be safe. Gus was sent by them the technician out and everything was repaired by him. The price was amazingly low for 2 locks. Gus even helped out with another door to get it to work (not part of support we paid for but he did it anyway). Gus was fast, effective had all of the parts and was really wonderful to use. I would also suggest Mr. Rekey to anyone, great price, great service and quick.

I've used many times to Mr Rekey to rekey flats between renters. They always appear on time, change the locks and the invoice is reasonable. I would hardly suggest them.

Mr Rekey is. For private, for business. . It, they can do it & do it! Not only are they helpful & fast but affordable too!

Before we used this business in Phoenix we asked if there would be a problem with mailing the keys to people. Answer was no. The work was done on August 3....we didn't get the new keys before Sept. 10!!! We'd emailed them several times regarding where our keys were during this time. . .first it was claimed after the work was done, they had been sent shortly. By the third week in August with still no indication of these we phoned them on Sept.1. They said there'd been some issues with customs so that they had been mailing the keys . However, what was alarming was the original paper envelope contained they had attempted to mail. . .postmark Aug. 31....it was a window envelope that exhibited the invoice & anybody handling it might observe the address where the locksmith had changed the locks. And you might feel the keys inside. I would never use these folks again. Not trustworthy...a locksmith that can not keep track of keys.
