Would definitely recommend them to anybody!
The fix has been priced quite fairly too.
Was needing a fresh water heater. Talked to a woman, who managed to schedule an appointment. She also gave me a 2 hour window that the guys might arrive (12-2), which is much better than the standard 4-5 hour window. They so are knowledgeable, quite courteous and helpful and came right at 12:00. They replaced the heater in approximately 1.5 hours. I think that they left the work place cleaner than it was when they came.

So I didn't know exactly what I paid , no complaints with the job expensive, the bill did not provide any detail. To a bathroom sink to install a kitchen faucet that I bought and a new shut off valve and adjustment over $400. I'd guess the gentleman who had been professional was less than 2 hours. Crazy, will never use again

Never got around to showing up obviously business is too good to keep their appointments And after 4 phone calls! Lots more choices out there do not waste your time calling these guys.

My father had done something to his own water heater and the pilot light went out on his own water heater. I called Bay Area Plumbing and spoke to a woman who helped me get an appointment straight away. They sent Jimmy, who was just fantastic. So checked out everything and specialist and obtained the pilot light lit. The entire encounter with this company was great. Thank you Jimmy.

I sent a service request to Bay Area Plumbing since my tenant had a issue with her commode, so I couldn't look at it, and I had been out of town. Two days later, she hadn't heard from them. I taught my tenant to provide a call to them. She e-mailed me June 22 to allow me to know they would get back together with me and that she'd spoken with them the day before. I had no phone service where I had been, so I borrowed a friend's mobile phone to call them and inquire if they could e-mail me an estimate since I had no phone service at the moment. This was agreed to by the lady in the office; however, the ceremony men contacted my husband, who doesn't even have the house, to get consent to make the repairs and ignored our agreement. Obviously, they had no intention of honoring our agreement. Replace with the old ones and he offered to eliminate the parts, but stated I would have to pay the service fee of $49. If they had been honest about the 16, I probably would have utilized them. To top it off, I had been billed $225 to substitute flapper valve and a brand new valve. I would not recommend Bay Area Plumbing to anybody.

I predicted Bay Area Plumbing because of the Yelp reviews and I am very happy. Calvin came exactly when promised, checked and fixed the problem. He was very professional and also the price was very reasonable. I'd definitely use them again. And I'd ask Calvin again.

We had another emergency (pipe burst at the primary ) the day before going out of town so of course I called Bay Area Plumbing back again. Jimmy Lipke, Service Manager, was on call that night and he managed to fix the problem and set our minds at ease about going out of town the next day. Jimmy is such a professional that is genuine, caring and thoughtful. Bay Area is a good family owned company that really cares about their customers and their job, not just money.

Wow! What great service. The tech secured a pipe right while installing a doorway, I have hit. He fixed my fast and at a great cost that was bad. He was on time and very professional. I was supposed that he was able modify it to do the job and then to work. Another company quoted me $1500. They did it. Thanks again! I am impressed.

He said it was the wax ring beneath the bathroom and I told, made appointment for the following day. John was quite thorough in his review and showed up on time. Only after considering all scenarios, John removed the toilet and and agreed with Mike said it was the wax ring. Installed new wax ring, cleaned like he wasn't there and billed me precisely what was quoted. It's nice to find an honest business. They are my technicians for life.

I recently called another plumbing company to come out to get a problem with valve at toilet. I had been told they would be out on Tuesday (03/06/2018) between the hours of 12pm--3pm. I phoned and asked if they came when nobody showed up after 3pm. I was told that they have hung up on another job and wouldn't have the ability to come out as promised. No one showed up and we didn't get a phone call that nobody came. This afternoon Thursday (03/08/2018) I set up a quotation for Bay area plumbing. Someone stated that somebody could be between the hours of 2pm and 12pm and called back around 10:30 am. In 12:20 two men from Bay area plumbing revealed up introduced themselves and went to work. It took all of about 15 minutes to resolve the problem and they were outside the door. The price was"very fair" and done in a professional manner. They cleaned themselves up and left. This is the sort of service that I look forward also. I recommend Bay Area Plumbing because of their promptness, neatness, price and courteous plumbers. I won't ever waste my time again.

Company to use for plumbing solutions. Instead of making me sit about all day and very friendly and educated, technician was early. Without needing to ask, Cost was reasonable and gave a reduction. Took old packaging and unit away for new appliances we supplied without any charge. Excellent service, highly suggested.

Quick reasonable service by technicians. I suggest this company for any plumbing problem. We had our entire 1950s era home is re-plumbed by them and fix a faulty tub valve. Very satisfied

It is a shame how businesses take advantage of people - DO NOT TRUST this firm - I phoned and spoke to the owner of this organization and without doing a review he said I had a new water heater that was going to cost me $600 after it was done I realized I had a notice in my door from Teco Gas ( I missed the notice since I enter my home through the garage ) suggesting there was a gas leak and that they mended it and all I had to do was call them to restore service unfortunately for me I watched the notice the exact same day that the new water heater had been set up, I messaged the owner MR Michael Williams cause I had been trying to comprehend how he understood the problem was that the water heater without doing any type of inspection since in this situation it wasn't the water heater it was that the gas that was turn off some thing that could've been fix by a free phone call to Teco however before this day I have never hear back from MR Williams - I registered a whined with Teco so that the finish the partnership with this firm since they simply seem to want to sell you a new gear without taking the opportunity to do any kind of inspection/service phone to attempt and determinate the problem before assuming that you need to replace such an expensive water heater - I will also file a complaint with the county to guarantee this provider stops taking advantage of homeowners I am so disappointed and disgusted from this experience I won't wish or urge them to anyone not even my worst enemy- Thank you for nothing MR Williams!
