Bob's Lock, Safe and Key

Bob's locksmiths saved me once I locked my car keys in my car. They quoted a good price and opened my vehicle! Very nice to use!

Because we got locked out of our residence we called for service at 1 We had been told that a lock smith would arrive within 20-30 minutes. After 40 minutes we called to check status. We had been told that our technician was cancelled and also to call someone else. . .after waiting for 40 minutes and trusting this business! So far as I am concerned, they ought to've let us know if they had been unable to fullfil what we had BEFORE we predicted rather than abandoned us in the way of harm for longer than necessary. It is not difficult to make a phone call to guarantee the protection of the patrons particularly night using your service.

These guys are great! After locking my keys in the 12, requested a quotation on Yelp. They showed up quicker, and responded back fast. They got my car available under five minutes and the cost was fair! Thank you guys and we will use you again!

It was a lovely March Sunday in the Uintas... until I locked my keys in the vehicle. Joy abruptly turned to panic. There is like being lonely in the center of the wilderness with no cell service without any 20, no anxiety. It was a error. Fortunately, I was driven by a kind soul to the closest town and I started calling locksmiths. Things began looking dicey--so many areas didn't even answer the phone, it was a Sunday. Along with weren't willing to help me out. I was happy from begin to finish. A real person answered the phone. And he was considerate and friendly. He came an hour ahead of the long wait time he'd quoted me (I was nowhere near West Valley! ) ) . And he went above and beyond to get me into my vehicle. I still had time to do some snowshoeing that day.

Great support. They're friendly and efficient, and their rates are extremely fair. Because I had work/school they have been flexible with time. Overall experience that is great, I'll definitely be calling them!

If that were an option, this corporation would get 10 stars. I called yesterday, scheduled the appointment for today to move a place to another. Within 30 minutes dispatch called back to schedule the time. I phoned back to add moving a safe at a place from the garage into the basement. The scheduling process was simple, no recording, a real person answered the phone. Big plus! The team showed up today in time, they have been very careful, friendly and extremely professional. Not to mention that pricing was more than fair. I will use Bob's Lock Safe & Key again. We're planning to purchase a brand new safe in the long run, this will be my go to. All in all Fantastic EXPERIENCE!!!!

Called Justin to help get our office lock fixed at Chick-Fil-A West Valley. He got out someone to fix it and helped out me with pricing. I will be going to him for all of my needs:)

My pup escaped into my area and ran by me, while working in my door. I ran after her and just shut my door, but found when I returned myself locked out. Stranded, I phoned Bob's to help out me and I am happy I did. Ricardo had me back inside my house less than 30 minutes later, and left Immediately. His cheerful attitude and very professional support were both terrific. He gave me a few expert suggestions, to help prevent me from being locked out of my house again. Thanks Ricardo!
There is no one better or more trusted than Bob's. I have been going there since the 1980s, and they have always been top notch.

I had a great experience with this business. The same day they answered my request quickly and came out. Ricardo answered the question all and did a wonderful job I'd. I will definitely use this company again.

Their customer service was much better although they were just $15 cheaper than the dealership! They programmed to my car and had my cut. The dealership told me it would be at least an hour. I would certain use them .

There was a good variety of important choices and they're fast to make them. There was hardly any wait and upon selection that style I needed, in about a minute, the keys were cut. They aren't about convos and attempt to get you in and out.
I don't have any complaints except it's a little run down along with are around for several decades to what seems to be stained from sunlight exposure over time as may be inferred by the yellowish tint. It's worth a trip if you're looking to make a spare key.
I moved home to try the keys out and they work well! Now I've got a house and a rifle shaped room essential. I frequently get compliments about them when I needed another key duplicated, and I come back to Bob's. They are fast and affordable in service.
This location is a small mom & pop type key/lock store. I came here in order to get a spares made from my keys.

We used Bob's because our home warranty service delivered them. I was very happy with the service. Ricardo did a great job. I would defiantly use these .

After being plagued by the (owner?) As it could be partly Verizon's fault for my own frustrations I deleted my review.

I would not recommend them, but that's only me and the bad aftertaste of this experience.

Desired a protected moved from old home to new home, sent a request through Yelp for quote morning, along with the owner reacted the next business. Price was fair, same day support (amazing), and both men showed up with all the right gear and equipment to have it done in no time. . Instead of risking injury or harm to the homes or even safe I hired them. Not a single dent in almost any walls, and they were great with my 5 year old talking their ears off. For moving of a safe highly suggested, and when I need locksmith service I know who I will be calling!

Showed up quickly and opened the door. Friendly service and gave the cost instead of being cryptic about it like the other two firm's I called over the telephone to me.

Great service with competitive pricing. I called around to a couple locksmiths and they had the best pricing to return to my house and program two important fobs. They will be used by me in the future.

So I began having problems so I called the operator and talked to him after I wrote my review and he seemed willing to help me out. Because I work all day I had to have my boyfriend meet. I think that the tech was a little upset that he had to drive to Orem to look at the issue. The technician told my boyfriend he needed to bill me to install the ignition and I would trust a vehicle guy to do that a lock smith. The technician did bring up some excellent points like that the original guy should have never pulled on the ignition lock cylinder apart and tried to convince me it would be better to cut out a brand new key. I am pretty did not have some service skills. If they had clarified it would be better to cut out a key instead of repin the tube without talking it 28, instead of taking it I'd have been ok as long as it had been a gm key.
When I talked to the owner I said I'd re write my review but I have been busy with work, shifting amoung other things and I am getting a bit sick and tired of having calls and message to rewrite my review that its sort of pissing me off. So not satisfied with the customer support but I have a functioning car.

They had the best price on making a new chip crucial because of my Toyota, and also the technician even jumped my car since the battery was dead. Every other locksmith wouldn't give me a firm quote, but these guys told me how much it would be and charged me exactly that, despite bypassing the battery.

They have saved money back, once by cutting a secret to receive my key. They billed me $50 to reprogram a key others quoted $150. I can't remember the price of the wise key they quoted for the 2nd smart key (I didn't get it) engineered out the doorway was less than many places on the internet.
