Boyd consented to come out within 2-3 hours (PERFECT!) . They cleared the line, came out and pushed a camera down to help identify.

Was the request for hydrojet upon arrival. The technician they sent out did NOT had to return and possess the equipment with him.
My tenants had been happy, and that is what's important to me.
My home warranty company could not find a plumber to manage a sewage backup, so I called several companies here. Everyone was booked, since it was the weekend's Saturday.

They started out fantastic, but fizzled out. We had two homes. Good work on the first one. On the next home, he replaced a faucet and rebuilt two taps (even though I said I'd dictate a new faucet for a single ). I paid to get a rebuild I did not know he do. The next time he arrived, when he was placing the new hardware on the tub he had rebuilt, he said he was able to get one of the grips off when he re-built it. I paid for a complete rebuild.
When they came he said they wouldn't work perfect even though we were led by the plumber on what components to purchase. I told him I was fine with that since that bathtub becomes very little use. He did the job but neglected to caulk the new faucet, handles, etc which is standard around. I called and he said he'd come out and take care of it but never did. Overall, they begin fantastic, but fizzle out. And they are pricey.

The growth where I live has a homeowner's association, which approves my application to do the work & then elicits the work. Eric is currently making every effort and readily understood the approvals needed and dealing with a homeowner's association, which gave me confidence that he knows what he is doing. So far, a big thank you to Eric, Brandi at the workplace, that kept me posted and has followed - and to Boyd Plumbing!
Eric came out to evaluate a severe water leak in my front lawn, which is causing my water bill to go beyond view. He gave me the info and patiently answered all my questions I needed to understand the issues and make a choice. He phoned a leak detection company and we made an appointment to come out tomorrow to locate the area where the flow is. We can anticipate Boyd Plumbing to perform the repair or replacement.

We had Boyd Plumbing come to our house to give a bid for some possible work to be carried out to me. The representative(Fernando) showed up and he was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me hints for work to be carried out. I would give these guys a call for any plumbing job to be done around your home.

Our house is needed some TLC when we bought it and old. Ivan came to give a quote to us, and he did an incredibly thorough job. We decided to go with Boyd Plumbing, along with my husband and I feel like we could rest easy knowing everything has been cared for properly and that has been done. We plan on calling them later on for any additional plumbing needs!

Perfect way to do business. Before, however has changed everything for me, I have never really had good service. Boyd Plumbing repaired a toilet leak now was not just courteous and professional, but worked quickly and knew exactly what he was doing. A tech came out and assessed my master shower dilemma (only very hot or very cold water). Within one hour I had 2 quotations to choose from to remedy the issue. The job was completed that the next morning. Couldn't be more happy with the service and I would call them.
My plumbing repair was fast, easy to understand clear communication, quotations and staff that is commendable.

I have utilized Boyd Plumbing on a prior occasion. Sean was the Technician that was at our home on the prior visit. He is always very courteous professional and personable. I will have Boyd out now anually to possess my drains are flushed out by them . Their rates are very fair and you don't feel as though you're getting ripped off.

Boyd gave a bid to get the job of $570 to replace the tap (see the picture). Half the bid was to replace the valves. I told the tech that has been insane; the valves cost $10 per year slide on, and can be swapped out in 15 minutes. He explained that this is their cost pricing. I told the tech.
It's difficult to imagine why I would call Boyd actually. Maybe they have great techs and in accordance with other reviews they are responsive.
I know cost service providers amortize the expense of repair based on all such tasks BUT when it crosses over into the insanity zone they need to locate a means to become fair. Nearly $600 is NOT affordable!
So I set up the pressure regulator and known as Boyd again to command the faucet task.
I did the job myself. I had to make a few trips to ACE since I didn't have the parts or the tools. It took me a few hours (including trips to ACE). The shutoff valves that were new slipped off as I predicted, and new ones were on in 15 minutes.
We purchased a new faucet. Because we didn't have a pressure regulator on the home, boyd came out to provide a quote for installation and refused to bid the job. They have to pull the disposal, whined about accessibility, and need to replace both shutoff valves under the sink. They had been excited to depart.
But...

I have used Boyd five times pleased with their job for them most part, previously. Fixed the problem, free estimate. That which I was real impressed with was how appreciative they were to my business. Took the time, explained everything. Use to get a note from Michael, the proprietor, thanking me. Couple of times take it or leave it attitude. Their dispatch is irritable.I think they are becoming too large, feel like dealing with a big business now. Next time I will look to find just a little guy, with my best interests in mind.

I called Boyd Plumbing to deal with a sewage back up at my home. Brandy was super friendly and managed to get me an appointment in a few hours on a Sunday. Alex was the technician who came out and he was great! He was very thorough with his job and took the time to describe all of the aspects of the pipes problem in depth. He showed me that the pictures from the camera went into detail about what had caused the issue. I strongly suggest Boyd Plumbing, particularly Alex!

What a friendly, knowledgeable service man.
By early evening the job was finished, all code requirements fulfilled and clarified, and the work place cleaned up.
My water heater quit. I called another company, but couldn't get an appt. For 2 days. Called Boyd, and Jeremy B. was at my door within 2 hours.
After trying a less costly fix first, Jeremy B.determined a brand new water heater was necessary.
Who will say getting there is a brand new water heater fun? Jeremy B. was SO pleasant and efficient, with a great sense of humor, I really appreciated the time he had been here working. . .and he worked hard!

My pool storm drains were backed up. This was a house where the drains ran or I had little knowledge about which way and recently bought. Detect, jeremy was able to troubleshoot and cure the drain difficulties -- among many others. He was easy to work with and focused on attaining the result utilizing skills, his knowledge and tools.

Outstanding customer service but come to put in 1 toilet is very ridiculous. This provider is highway robbery.

I phoned them for a review to be performed on a home my Client's were purchasing. They did not even charge to do a quick inspection and were able to come out quickly. I'd definitely use them again!

I had a serious flow between my home and the meter. Boyd Plumbing responded faster that I had called. Bryan C. did a thorough evaluation of the flow, and offered several suggestions on the best way best to replace the line, which goes under the cement driveway. He gave me a few options for the repair and was very knowledgeable on a range of plumbing repair topics. After Bryan tested the connection between the home and the meter, the bonus came. It looks like the leak could possibly be on the opposite side of the meter, so we called the water company to appear and research. If the flow is in their side, Bryan saved me a repair expense. I really appreciate Boyd Plumbing responded to my call.

They were very punctual and easy to utilize. A new facet pipe was installed by them and the way to T-off of another facet in a different room. Instead of making us feel awful for having a bizarre old home they have to making it happen directly and we have a functioning sink in our bathroom.
