Can not say enough positive things about the firm. I lost my key fab and they had been the fastest service that was able to help (cost was comparable too). They mended my front door that was stuck for free when they can to my house! Once the fab was having technical problems, they came right away to have it fixed without a cost. Trustworthy firm, great. Superb support! Came to the house and made replacement keys for a Toyota Prius and Honda HR-V. Less costly than getting it done at the dealer. Plus with both keys done at once, we only had to pay one fee that is dispatch. Highly recommend!

Luke and his team are fantastic. I've used a few times to them. The main project I used them was to select and set up a new front door lock and handle, although I've had them create keys for my automobiles. We spent a while figuring out exactly what to get because I wanted to really go keyless. I can't say the install went perfectly, the technician did not properly align the lock (granted, I couldn't find the directions, so the technician was doing the best he would ), therefore Luke needed to come out and repair it. I love working with companies which don't make a fuss if they make a mistake.

I won't need a locksmith frequently, but Key & Broadway Lock has got my company when I do!
I purchased a house and the new copies frees up the mechanism cylinder, rendering the original key a royal pain in the behind for unlocking the door when I made copies of the front door key at Ace Hardware. After my trick I called these men and Luke was out the same moment. He gave me 4 sets of keys for $90 and also replaced the cylinder and was in and out within 20 minutes. Super nice man, also!!
I told my mom about how awesome they were, so she called them up the next day to repair a lock onto the back of her business, and same thing - out within the same afternoon and she said the locksmith that they sent out that afternoon (not Luke) was also fast, professional and considerate.

These men are fabulous. They went out of their way to help us and replace our keys. We have a VW bug that gave them a lot of trouble, but they worked out it and made two excursions to be certain that the work got done. Sam was our primary man, and he did an amazing job. A Friday afternoon I had been having. I had been at my son's baseball game at Congress Park seeing them lose seriously when my daughter that is 6yr old said she had to receive her drink from the vehicle. So of course once the game is over and we're attempting to depart (with a 6yr old who desperately wants a toilet ). . My keys are locked in the vehicle. I phoned Broadway lock and key and they had a technician out in 20 minutes who managed to make it open. Very fast, professional and well priced compared to others! Hoping I don't want them , however if I wanted them, I would not hesitate to phone!

Do not go anywhere else!! Our door manage stopped working about a month after, after replacing our door this past year. Neither our builder or the locksmith that rekeyed the remainder of the house can fix the deal (and told us it was a piece of crap ) The gentleman from Broadway Lock and Key (whose name I'm blanking on) not only fixed the deal but calibrated and calibrated the deadbolt so that the door opens/closes and locks easily all within one hour. I will be using this company for all future locking/security needs!
