Never have we ever needed that the time ever to a plumber, but boy O boy. Not only did they reply about the 1st phone, but we told them what went on and they gave us a record of things which may be causing the problem. Mind you, we called them . My husband didn't dash and I off the phone. They were considerate, friendly, and quite empathetic to our voice. The owner said they could not get out due to still being on a different job, that afternoon, but offered to come the next morning by 8:30 which is what they did. And the matter was fixed by them. I can appreciate ceremony and it didn't break our pockets . THANKS A MILLION
