I had used Busto Plumbing in the past. I have since moved off but let my residence. My new renter called with some issues. Rocco and I talked and they worked on a time with my renter to come out.
Busto followed to set appointment and to ensure we were satisfied!
Went to take NO water and a shower! When called, they responded instantly! Repairman was knowledgeable and nice! In just a half hour, water that is hot. We followed his recommendation. Before he could begin, lightning and thunder! He had to return another day. A date was set and he arrived promptly.
As a customer we frequently have hours and restrictions on when we can have service technicians on site to perform upgrades and repairs. Since we started using them Busto Plumbing has been extremely accommodating on our scheduling. The job is done quickly, at a very reasonable fee and accurately. What more could you ask for!

I contacted a bathroom to be installed by Busto. They could accommodate me and kept me informed throughout the entire process (from scheduling to dispatch). The plumber was on time and specialist. He managed to accept payment and email me a receipt directly from his pill, took away all the garbage with him and did a very thorough job. I will be using them again!
Told the answering service to cancel the request and another plumber was called by me.
Had an appointment Saturday my day off despite calling the answering service and the plumber has been a no show without a telephone.
Because I had a new water heater, called Busto Plumbing. Never got a call back. They will blame the economy not their lack of customer services when they look at their year end numbers.
I always found their prices and customer service reasonable and fair and have utilized Busto for a few years. Yesterday was a different story. The organization called to postpone my appointment from the first morning to 12:00 noon. No issue. The technician shows up, I tell him my kitchen sink garbage disposal is stopped up (I'd dropped some aquarium stone in it and it was draining slow). 5 minutes. . Next my faucet has a slight drip (1 drop every 30 seconds). He takes off the faucet and replaces oils and a rubber washer it all upward. This takes 20-25 minutes. He moves to the truck to write it up. He comes back in 12:35 using a charge for $327.00 and tells me I'm getting a good deal as the company now prices each thing in accordance with a menu, no more service telephone $100 for the first hour. If he'd snaked my toilet drain it'd have cost an additional $275.00. This year 2 small simple things for $327.00 and done at 35 minutes, no taking apart pipework in any way. What a ripoff. !!!!! That comes to $600/hour and is a 300% increase from this past year. Since HE understood it was a ripoff, he could hardly hand me the bill using a face. Never again Busto!!!
My 78 year-old mother was charge $200 to replace a filler valve and to prevent a toilet. The replacement filler mechanism turned out to be defective and they never stopped the leak in the toilet.
She informed me about the problems but I was not able to check it out. 3 weeks had passed when I found their shoddy work and finally checked it. I informed them of the performance and called them and told them they will need to make it. They said they'd call my mother and set an appointment.
In case the plumber's name is Julio, bar the door and don't let him !
Avoid this organization. You'll rip off. They charge a lot for insufficient work.
Other problem with this company is they do not wash up after themselves. They monitored dirt on her carpets and floor. Never bothered to clean up it.
They said they treat it and would come out and called my mother but they'd charge for the ceremony. Unbelievable. . .yeah, they'll charge her another $200 to correct the problem they were suppose to.
