Later that morning I procured assistance from Broadway Lock and Key and managed to purchase TWO keys for a total of $200.00. Their service was impeccable and I am disappointed that I didn't call them.
I definitely am not a competitor and surely did attempt to use this support. The fact that it took three weeks to respond to my inspection is a clear indication of poor customer service.
I would recommend avoiding C & K Locksmiths.
My encounter with this poor excuse for a business was unacceptable. I originally called at and was quoted a price of $150 to replace my key. I was very clear in saying that I just needed a key, not always a distant key. I confirmed the price and was told that the technician would arrive. Before calling to follow up with the estimated time of arrival, I waited. I was told that the technician had tried to reach me was ineffective. It was clear that when he came that he used the telephone number. When Gil, the technician , finally came, he made me uncomfortable by neglecting to answer my questions and failed to introduce himself. When I asked to affirm the price before he was set to begin he did a quick once over and said the price would be $357.00. I refused the ceremony and was flabbergasted at the extreme change in price. He then attempted to engage me in haggling asking,"What do you do it for?" Absolutely ridiculous! When I contested the charge on my card since he had a statement already filled out for the outrageous amount he said,"I don't have to steal your money. Don't worry." This condescending tone has been infuriating. Again, I was relieved when he left.

I dropped the keys like a dictionary, C&K came to me and cut on a high security key. Speedy and professional, highly recommended!

Had a man come down in less than 20min! Really friendly and awsome prices! Super happy especially since I got locked out through a snow storm!

Called these men and they said they would be here in 24 minutes and stopped showing up 2 hours later. Was quoted $79.00 and if the guy showed up he explained $100.00 after viewing the neighborhood I lived in and I was dressed fairly nice. Not Honest people.

I'd locked my keys in my car (very frustrating), but received excellent customer service from C & K Locksmiths. I had my keys back in my own hands in under a twenty five minutes, using a great and fair cost to boot! I was quite pleased. Due C & K!

Jesse in C&K Locksmiths and I spoke yesterday to find a quote for getting a new ignition key. And the secret has a processor. His quote was true. As a dealership as well as an AAA locksmith had given us the runaround, I enjoyed knowing just how much the service would cost. The C&K locksmith that came was quite knowledgeable and explained the charges to me. He was. And better yet, he produced! My husband and I were so thrilled!

I was locked out of my residence, called K&C. . .the guy said he would be there in about 15 mins. . .he was there in no time. He unlocked the door and I was able to go about my business. Cost is a little ridiculous, but hey. . .really needed to enter my house.

After a call to some other firm I predicted C&K Locksmiths. The tech was super friendly and to me within 10 minuets. He was efficient and I was literally 15 minuets after calling! Locksmiths were less than 1/3 more affordable! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Of all things our dog locked us out. Sunday madness in my household. Lucky for me K & C was accessible. Our technician, Michael, was fantastic. Super friendly. He has been able to handle everything efficient and fast and arrived on time.

Very quick to react and was out to my home in 10 mins to start up a locked storm door. Extremely effective and fast function, I was worried it did not, although it would damage the lock on my door! They had been a lifesaver on a situation that might have made for a day! Affordable too, no complaints.
