Capital Lock and Door

Terrible business and terrible service, I left an easy bad review in google maps about this organization and a few minutes later I receive a personal call from the owner as to why I left a bad review, I told him since his firm failed to call me back after requesting a quotation along with a locksmith after I was told they'd call me back. He tells me that DONT EVEN WORK FOR HIS COMPANY!!! And he claims he is insured and licensed when his workers aren't because they do work . He tells me they're friends of his so I didn't have to party on his company as I did but no worries I gave the terrible review, so I tell him if no worries why did he call me personally? Do you think this is an ideal response from a firm that is profesional? And he informs me for giving him a bad review when it wasn't his company since they do not work on the kind of job I was asking (to receive a spare car key laser cut) and I react well you failed to mention that to me at the first place, you promote that your a locksmith when I had need properly informed I would have contacted him. He tells me they do not work on keys. WHAT!?!? Your a locksmith but you do not work on I'm just astounded at the response of this company
