We predicted locksmiths to repair the lock of our door. They all quoted prices, except for Captial Locksmiths. We made an appointment at 1 pm for the following day. He got there about 1:10 and got to work. He fixed the lock explained the workings of the lock, we paid him and he left. Although the companies would have been around $300 the price was $106. We are absolutely thrilled with this particular company. Next time we're calling Capital Locksmith!

I then arranged to get another locksmith service (who managed to estimate a price over the phone) to emerge elsewhere. During the time on the phone with another company, they tried to call back. After I got off the phone, they called. I replied and they tried to receive my business, magically being able to produce an estimate which was roughly 40% more expensive the place I ended up choosing.
Nothing about this scenario sets nicely with me. It sounded shady, like it was a shakedown. If I can not expect them to be forthright with me I'm a bit concerned locks for a dwelling can break.
They are calling yet, as I type this. This is unwelcome, and borders on harassment.
We phoned them to request a quote on a lockout and gave information. They said it was a $19 to come out until they might give a quotation and evaluate the problem. Then, I was moved. Neither of these people spoke enough English for me to convey information that was sufficient, so I only - and politely - diminished the support.
