Mr. Carter has helped us! He has fixed them changed locks as well as for me! It's always a joy visiting them in the store also! The wait time to get him out is never long and the price is fair! Finest place in town by far!
A house in Pottstown and those men were so accommodating- making an appointment can squeeze me in the day. I had an appointment everywhere but managed stop by the store and then to meet at house. A very nice welcome for our new house!
They were able to get me to find keys for my car and cut keys . They try to make sure before you leave everything is working properly.
They have off street parking and shop front that was nice, although small. They're extremely helpful and considerate. They have everything out of lock keys, automobile keys, house keys, and tractor trailer keys.
The rates are extremely reasonable for home, keys, locks and automobiles. They're extremely economical on tractor trailer key cost.
They key to the gun cabinet of my family was on my keychain for 30 decades and has been worn down so much that it worked in the lock anymore. I tried getting a duplicate of the key, when I discovered that we could not locate any of the keys. They took one look and said it wasn't possible. I took it to Carter's today and he made a backup based off of the teeth around the old key and the new key worked perfectly! Clearly it required a craftsman, not a worker that was superstore. Superb work, done in under half an hour, and inexpensive.
