We have been using Charles Hero Plumbing for a few years. They do great work, are friendly and courteous (the pipes and office staff), are fairly priced. Unlike the previous poster, I have not had to use this company for anything major - changing out fixtures, escapes, etc. so I can't speak to huge undertakings. . .but for regular plumbing requirements, these guys are fantastic!

Good for a leaking faucet for any large or large job of something easy, but certainly not recommended. This is a really modest operation. Had I had been informed that up front I'd have looked everywhere for someone to deal with my occupation ; however, it wasn't until I followed his suggestion spent over $1300 that he explained he's a really small company and not equipped to deal with what I needed done. So I had been left to begin all over again finding an attorney to do the job I needed, but had worthlessly squandered over $1300 predicated on his"professional" recommendation.
