Frankie to the rescue! I walked in, told him that the scenario and he walked over with me right then and there! Shimmied the lock in less than five minutes and that I was in!! I can't praise their client support and speediness to a damsel in distress !
If I could give 10 stars I would! I went to check email and just moved into a new location, but forgot that the door locks. This location is a five minute walk from house. I had to get into get ready and had an appointment and it was urgent I gain access.

We called the shipment because my parents lost the keys to their Jeep whilst seeing. They have been immediately and polite connected us with a locksmith. Robert from the Ravenswood place came into the rescue. He was able to get into the vehicle and schedule a replacement fob in about 30 minutes. He was professional and extremely friendly. I would recommend this business to anybody. Thank you Robert!

Fantastic job, HEY ATT, they arrived in 24 hours, why is it that we need to wait for 6 DAYS for one to reattach wires to the pole at the alley!!!
Neither rain, nor rain, nor puddle of rain water, will continue to keep this company. The lock has been replaced by Joe (), quickly, with a better more secure one.
We can shut the door and not be concerned that the door is secure when we leave or go to bed at night!!

They came out within two hours of my phone and were professional and incredibly helpful. They had been my"second opinion," that the"first opinion" quoted around $200 more than what I paid Chicago Locksmiths and stated they would need to replace the whole barrel since it was bent. Chicago Locksmiths left a lock on our side terrace to me, was in and out within 20 minutes and determined that the barrel was salvageable. Lucky for me, I found this business and was very pleased the first time and each time afterwards.

I have used Steve with Chicago Locksmiths twice today and it's been a terrific experience! Was to rekey my condo. A sliding glass door had been installed by the sellers to the terrace that had a key than the entry, and I thought we'd be stuck with two keys to our exterior doors. Not so! Steve had it all rekeyed to work with the key! I didn't even believe that was likely to become possible!
The second time was to replace the knob on my door- the one we had that came with the apartment began to drop off. Steve got us firmly put in no time!
Highly suggest Chicago Locksmiths and you're in really good hands in the event that you can get Steve!

Tory saved the day for me with getting me. Quick service. Called to get and quote and Tory was my storage unit 30 minutes. Staff was friendly on the phone and Tory was amazing once he got on site. I have my people know.

They were customer support, and the price was perfect. I needed two FOBs and a secret . Chicago Locksmith had everything in stock, plus they have the work done professionally and quickly.

I needed to make a replica of a key, so that I walked inside and asked for a copy of my key. I handed it and I left the shop once I got back home, with my copied key that worked. Price could not be beat either. Does not get much better than that, does it?

It was extremely annoying because my grandfather (who generally helps but was out of town) explained should not be more than $30-$50 since it was easy. I didn't recognize until he told me the cost that is final, it was an extra. What if I did not have it? I could see whether it was an extra $10 and you did not mention , but $90?!

Pros: He was fast. Same-day appointment. (The extra star).
Disadvantages: He was rushing from the moment he got out the car with an attitude. Out of picking the lock to drilling in a matter of 13, he went. He also did not inform me that it was an additional $90 for the drill. I'm about being upfront with the customer so big.

I lost the key to where my furnace called and is stored Chicago Locksmiths following the prior locksmith I used wasn't yet open. They're great! They had someone here in under half an hour and the fee for an"emergency", to open the door, and re-key both my furnace door and storage unit doorway, was what I paid into re-key two doors that summer together with another company I used. (When it wasn't considered an emergency) The employee was considerate, efficient, and also did a great job. I would use these guys, if I need locksmith services !

In a world where you normally expect services to appear late and not do what was promised, Steve at 24/7 was a fantastic surprise! This ceremony was easy to schedule beforehand, Steve called to confirm before he did outstanding work, was punctually and arrived. He was considerate and knowledgeable, saving a lock for me which was in poor form. Is what I paid. I highly recommend Steve at 24/7!

With getting into my Jeep with assisting me, brian did a great job he arrived quite quickly after I was professional and quite considerate and called for service. He ended in about a minute I was impressed.

I'm in the process of selling my house and you can imagine the anxiety about transferring while selling a home. They scheduled my appointment and not only did my technician Haskel provide great service changing the locks on a 100yr old door he managed to do . Top tier service in the rep who advised me . 5 star from me, they got me.

I lost both keys. Got a quotation out of Chicago Locksmiths, they gave best cost. Tech called Robert came out, he was productive and so fast. He went over and beyond to assist me with my motor vehicle. This is the right locksmith you wont be sorry! The dealer wanted me in and has been expensive.

Best pricing, staff, and time around. Had appointments within another 24 hours. Re-keyed four made a bunch of keys at no cost and locks for me! It was for my enterprise. Take advantage of the Yelp bargains! $15 for certification + $10 off for mentioning and calling Yelp. They are wonderful. Couldn't be more happy about the job they did.
