Wanted to get the pelican water filter and installed. After calling the reps recommended by the manufacturer I didn't receive a very good vibe from some of these so I chose to proceed with this company since they had the parts in stock and presoaked already and chose to yelp. I decided on a Pelican system, and had determined on a water heater due to my fittings and shower doors flaking upward. Kent was phoned by me for the region as the Pelican distributor and quote and he revealed to talk that day, the following day and we scheduled for installation. He was done in around three hours - a fantastic gear + installation package and good job. Highly recommend.

Got the Pelican 1800 PSE after researching all the softeners and conditioners, installed. Kent is an awesome person to use. He'll explain you everything and ensure that your satisfied. His workmanship on the setup is phenomenal. The piping's are lined up right properly and it doesn't look. He definitely knows his setup. If they need a softener or conditioner, I'd recommend him to family and friends.

Hi all,So I have been trying to find a part for my own under the sink water filter for couple days now. I tried looking everywhere. I had no luck finding the part which I wanted. I looked for a 5/16 to 1/4 push . I guess that this part is old that they no longer possess this in shops. So I called a random water business called"Concept Water" and has been fortunate to talk with the proprietor, Kent. He actually went out of the way send me a speech link where I can purchase and to shop online. Basically bottom line is that even though I didn't use his service to put in my water filter system I am sure that he will do a great job! His customer service is available and quite helpful! Kent arrived to install the Salt-Free Water/Softener (NaturSoft Series) today. What a pleasure doing business together he explained each step from Turning on the faucet to flush out the dirty water while he turned off the water for 40 minutes then he turn the water back on and that I had to turn the faucet on again to flush it out and all the atmosphere to him letting us know we should have pure drinking water within a day. He'll also come out in 9 weeks to alter the filter. If you require soft water, I highly recommend him.
