Update: I had to use them again and the owner Robbie came out. He explained he would call when he was 30 minutes away and figure what??? HE DID!!! So atypical of Miami customer services. I was stuck in traffic and that he had to wait for an extra 30 minutes and that he couldn't have been more gracious and individual. He repaired his fee and my issue was reasonable. This is a company that deserves repeat clients! Thank you Robbie!
If you want speedy response time and good customer support than that is the company for you. The owner is Robbie and Javier is. Both have been friendly pleasant and polite. Appointment time was kept and that I was kept informed of their eta. If only company were this easy to manage. I am rather delighted with support, their efficacy and the job. They promptly replied to my request and came back over to check the front door lock (commercial use - retail shop ) of my business. Great Service, Experienced and fair pricing. This really is a locksmith you can trust.

Don't do it! All started out well with Robbie, who set up several locks. Then we began having problems, one of the keypads began malfunctioning and we needed to change mixes - and for the last 9 months we have been trying to make them come back and fix. They continually make appointments to come to the office never appear - or they come after hours and whine that they showed up and nobody was there. Finally gave up and called a different locksmith, who said we had better call whomever installed it and took one look, the machine was set up wrong and he would want to redo it. Not certain where the reviews are coming from because those people are awful!

Highly recommend! Robbie was quite receptive, professional, pleasant and efficient from start to finish.

Rob is is Miami. I called him when it was convenient for the two of us, he replied right away, came and took care of this lock I'd butchered. He set up a remote close and to start a lock by HID. He was clean fast and professional. I was able to cover my credit card rather than needing a test (I did not have one) I asked him to come look at another occupation I have with an outside gate and an intercom system. I can't believe I found.

First - these guys were professional and aware of what was occurring around them. We are in a really busy office environment where we have reps on sales meetings, the phone and briefings. We didn't even know they were here. Clean, courteous and a installation. The quality of the merchandise are second-to-none. Team, robbie & before he left fully educated us, made sure we had been 150% satisfied and up and running. I would recommend them to anyone in the Miami area. You do not find this level of dependability or honesty now... Dr. Locks will be the real deal.

His men at Dr Locks and robbie set up an camera program a couple months back. It is amazing and more than we expected. The setup was easy and everything works! He helped us place the app up on our telephones and has answered. He was able to provide us when we had more at a later date and has changed the locks. Professional and quick answer each time!
