Hired Excellent to address a gas smell I noticed close to my drier. They diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the gas valve in a space. I thought the cost was fair and they were quite professional and friendly. The other Yelp reviews were spot on. Glad I found them!

Great great business - Gino was able to get within 8 mins of calling to my place and that I had a kitchen drain line that is clogged! (granted he was only passing through the region so don't anticipate this to be instantaneous result every time). , and good honest man to use. In and out within 30 mins. He was working with me on a number of scheduling choices and"right now" option was excellent. He plugged away, decided the clog was about 30 feet away and done!
Payment made by check, but he accepts credit card (convenience fee) as well.

Gino came immediately to evaluate my AC unit issue and fixed it in an hour at a price that was affordable. Highly recommended!

Responded fast. Outdoor faucet was replaced by two men team. Job was performed fast and accurately regardless of non connection and space that was tight.

One was a water heater flush. He and his partner did shut the water heater down before checking the date draining some water out of it into the sump pit, and calling it done. He started to berate me for getting an older water heater, which was not my decision because I had just recently moved in, and told me that there wasn't any point since it was older in flushing it. Why didn't he tell me before performing the job rather than after? He claimed he treats customers like family, but I feel like money is the one thing. Buyer beware!
I was shocked at the level of support that I received, after viewing all the reviews both here and elsewhere. Instead of asking questions to explain and describing the repairs, Gino spent the entire time pushing on more costly solutions and he became increasingly more rude, condescending, and outright insulting , when I politely refused them.

I discovered this business on Yelp one when my garbage disposal has been causing a stench and decided to break.
Highly professional business and very pleasant employees, with decent rates and decent customer service. Communication was excellent.
Gino supplied a quote to me there and then, took the time to assess the situation carefully, and responded instantly through the app. He said he'd be out the next morning to replace the disposal and explained my options, breaking down payment for repairs vs replacement, disposal of their older unit and had been understanding, etc.
The next morning Gino called to inform me they had been and arrived just on time. He came with his spouse, and they could perform the replacement in less than 15 minutes. They offer payment by credit card, check or cash.

Found these guys throughout the Yelp app. Quite responsive. Had an appointment set up to replace my water heater and of the 3 quotes they had been the cheapest cost (all three quoted exactly the exact same unit). They arrived within minutes of the appointment period and have been in and out within an hour. Will be my first call when we want pipes work.

I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

This morning I had water in basement. Eugene and konstantin arrived punctually , immediately figured out the problem and fixed it.

The amount of effort these guys put into naming their business is the sum of effort you'll get from them when scheduling a consultation. A bunch of jokers!!
We set a 3:30 appointment and that I asked to be called if they were running late because the property is empty. It wasn't until
4:30 (an hour late) they phoned me to say they had been 90 minutes off. Unreal. It requires very little these days to speak with people and you fools neglected every step along the way.

Had water heater completed with Excellent Plumbing. Replacing older 75G with 75G gas Bradford white for $1,950. Very please with their work and communication. No hidden fee. Everything is functioning well. No escape.

Excellent plumbing was reasonably priced compared to others replace our garbage disposal and to come out. Very responsive and with coming to have it done, on time. They finished the replacement and were in and out in 15 minutes and it's working great. The new one came with a 1 year guarantee and he provided the same . Thank you for the excellent support!

We had such a great experience with excellent plumbing. They did a fantastic job. Gino and Constantine were kind and we will use them in the future. They could come and fix our issue with our sink the daythey were professional, and clean. I would definitely recommend them to friends members and relatives.

These guys are the real deal! They've been my go-to technicians for some months now. They helped me diagnose a problem that was unrelated to plumbing and did not even charge me. Since, I've used them multiple times to resolve bathrooms and a backed up sewer line. They're FAIR, really respectful, right forward, HONEST, and nice guys. They're also"scrappy" in the meaning that they will get creative in how to get things done more affordably, crawl into small spaces and also get dirty, etc.. These men are my technicians.

Water heater broke down and these guys were very responsive and provided the best cost and gave labor warranty. Professional and cleaned up the mess. 'Excellent' is no joke:)

I was referred to Excellent plumbing by one of my grandparents, when requesting a quote so ofcourse I checked them outside yelp , out of the 3 plumbing companies that Yelp sent out a message to, this firm replied back so fast! Gino was so amazing and accommodating for my needs because of his plumbing solutions. His schedule was ordered by him and came out the exact same day!! He was very professional and contacted me to his ETA to my home as beforehand. Once he came, he and his spouse were in and outside beneath an hour!! I recommend Excellent Plumbing to anybody! I call them back for any plumbing needs I might have later on! Side note- I liked how there was no paper/clipboard function, it was done on his smart phone and he emailed the bill to me right away.
