An estimating group from Ferran, that technician would contact me to my property in regards to the cost and scheduling of the adjustments. I did need the work although I wasn't contacted. I reached out for their business. Yet hoping to get their people and advised was an ordeal. After some frustration, I sought out other companies to complete the alterations .
I had to phone this company every day for about two weeks to make them come out to my house to do an energy assessment. The resulting report seemed less specific than I'd hoped. Nonetheless the acceptable tools were utilized to conduct the tests and electrical method and the evaluation was conducted in a manner. In addition, the inspector/ technician made some suggestions about how best to alter my home.
I had been billed $410 to get a shower enclosure replacement, which, according to pipes solutions, should have just cost -$200. I supplied all materials so I not paid for any materials, just labor. Less offensive than the charge was the simple fact that the technician arrived stinky and filthy . The man reeked out my toilet with his b.o. and it lingered in there for two days! I complained to the manager and the invoice was decreased by them to $368, which was far above the $160-$200 range. I paid it and I've determined that I will never ever use Ferran.

The company for all your electrical AC and plumbing requirements. I recently finished a project for the law firm I work for. Needless to say this endeavor included multiple contractors. Ferran was. They provide you their technicians eta and even call. This company does look out for their customers. Every representative took the time to listen to my concerns. They are honest and have pricing that is cheap. Ask for Shawn as he gave me great information when one of my other contractors was hoping to"pull the wool over my eyes" Thank you Ferran!
The Ferran truck has been in our house so long the HOA has granted us a citation for having a vehicle parked in the neighborhood. JK Not actually. However, before you consider having Ferran set up an AC/Furnace in your home PM me. Get the low down Ferran.

After no AC at 90 + degrees and emergency support over a weekend they advised. I called first thing to set an appointment and would have bought immediately to get ASAP. I called another company simply to receive a bid for comparison though I fully meant to go with Ferran and would have ACCEPT nobody bothered to call me back before 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. I was then advised they didn't have a scheduled appointment until Wednesday or Thursday... simply to provide a quote. Needless to say, the firm I AM utilizing and would recommend"FOUR SEASONS", arrived within 30 minutes, actually came back with a mobile AC and can be installing Wednesday morning. She explained the entire office was busy now and was all day catching up As soon as I requested Arlene at Ferran 's nobody bothered to call me back.
I didn't have a on my visit. The previous ones were great. I guess I will look elsewhere.
I am not pleased with Ferran. Our AC needed to be replaced, we did not know who to call so that we resorted to google and online reviews.
All in all, Ferran appears there and to be full to get. They assisted with a crisis but not ideal for updates.
Our AC unit has been replaced, that trip felt successful however we have had to reach out 3 times since then. Recently we had a"Check up" in which we told the technician that the new unit was constantly running and not heating the house at all, he said he'd look at it. He comes and tells us that'We must start ALL vents or it'd over heating'. Cool, he leaves and the unit STILL is not heating. We had to call and set up ANOTHER appointment (which was a fast turn around, they were out on a Tuesday and returned on a Thursday) however we were told'They would be there anytime after 8am'. Morning comes and goes, it is 10:30. . .still nothing. Never got a call back from the service line but eventually did get a call from the technician, on their way. They proceeded onto another job, replaced our thermostat and arrived.
We have also used Ferran for assistance, both jobs. We needed to turn a space that had two different switches which controls a fan into a room with one switch which controls a fan. We had a change we wanted to use and this was a requirement for installing. The technician blatantly told us that it wasn't likely to occur and then proceeded on to another issue we'd.
I've never had service as good. A Roberto came into my house he gave such a thorough cleaning and clarified each process which he did. My rooms are cool. Rather than trying to sell me a new unit, so they do not freeze Described how should wrap the pipes. He explained that my device was good and just needs to be maintained. I give him the highest recommendation. My air is currently running great. Congratulations on a fantastic service.
I phoned then to wash dryer port and my A/C ducts. They also sent a two man crew who did a very thorough job as well as my way of thinking went beyond and above what I might have expected. They were friendly and efficient and comprehension of their occupation. It was a pricey job but I feel like I got value for my money.
I had Ferran Engineering Group perform a of my A/C system about five years ago. Since then my bills have gone down and my home is much more comfortable. The job was quite professionally done and done on program.

I was impressed because we hit a little snag due to a shutoff valve that wasn't working perfect along with some construction in my flat. The Ferran employee managed the issues calmly and methodically, including dealing quite courteously with the maintenance guy who was a jerk into the Ferran plumber.
All in all, my experience with the Ferran Services & Contracting people that I worked with was among the greatest service encounters that Iever heard about or've ever had.
I had an experience with Ferran Services & Contracting if my landlord hired them to repair valve meeting & a shower dial. That guy came in, and the landlord had previously hired somebody else and gave up with the explanation of not being able to find the right components. Their guy came, along with ferran was then hired and professionally and my shower appears BETTER than it did before work started, and it actually works properly.

I'm very disappointed with ferran. Within the last couple of years that my household has bought 3 systems in 3 homes. Because we had water from our garage, foyer and dining area, A couple of weeks ago I called ferran. It was we had a clogged drain machine. The floating detector that is suppose to shut off the machine did not work. I discovered this out after ferran came out to investigate why we had water. Ferran admitted that the detector they installed did not work and was the reason. I wound up paying Ferran $79.00 for a service call for them to inform me that they set up a detector which failed to work. I instantly called ferran to consult with a supervisor (Don) and left a detailed vm. I couple of days went by without a return phone call so I called again and finally spoke with don and he explained ferran isn't likely to help.
Because AC stopped working, called for service afternoon. She said we're booked up for today. I was thinking is that there not service after hours?
Assessing the annual cleaning contract for a few years but I am done with that. Don't most AC companies have people on standby for off hours and days the establishment is closed? That's fine. We found another guy. Neva mind. .
Ferran has NO customer support
This company is terrible. Service was come guarantee firm. No follow up. Called them 4 times and never returned telephone once they kept asserting.
They whined that the warranty company would not authorize support. Finally guarantee company mended and assigned another vendor and other vendor found issue away.
Long story brief as possible. We live in an older home and, we have had an Florida Power energy saver box attached to our water heater, because we moved in here ten decades back. Well, we have never needed Florida Power to our service but have Progress Energy. So, when I went to change out the hot water tank, I thought it might be nice to eliminate the old Florida Power equipment. As soon as I called Florida Power they subcontracted to remove the old box and then replace it. As soon as their electricians came out they were very professional and found that they couldn't rewire the system because of it being wired to begin with using the box. The breakers were too small, and the wrong type (which I already suspected) and the wiring was not the ideal gauge wire. So, I asked if they could ask a person to come out and repair the problems so that they could finish their job. They were able to go right ahead and create the modifications themselves and then finish the installation.
I was rather impressed with the quality of their job and their professionalism. I will certainly use them for AC if needed in addition to electric work going forward.
I feel comfortable recommending their AC services. Following a recent experience erroneous charging, with much confusion, missed many messages, phone calls , incorrect addresses, etc, I've lost faith. Customer support has to be a priority for any company no matter how large. When that is lost, customers will go elsewhere.
