Service when you call, actual pros!! They came out after the call also cared for the problems

As my primary water line started to leak outside the home, I had phoned them and asked for assistance. They could work me after I called. The plumbers were a joy to work with and fix our escape for a very reasonable price. I was so pleased with them at the end of the job I asked if they failed water filer systems for my kitchen sink. They actually did and asked about my needs and worries and reviewed the water filter systems which would work for me (also quite reasonably priced). They cleaned up after the job and installed it, came. If you have pipes need I would highly suggest Flagship Plumbing. Thanks for Jeff everything & Jodina!
4/15 - follow up. Our water softener discharged and blocked and broke our water lines at the home. They got out someone to our home that afternoon and left room and flushed of the traces and fixed the problem. Then we analyzed what our water softeners choices were selected a system which was installed a couple of days after once it had been received. FlagShip plumbing will continue to recommend them and is excellent. Thanks ~ the Chagnon's

We hired Flagship Plumbing for a renovation project and I bought. We contracted with Flagship to replace the present polybutylene plumbing and also to set up all new fixtures. He did installations"his way" instead of the looking at the fixtures or spec sheets that I emailed to him.
Flagship owes me cash based for his neglect, also on the work done, the additional it cost to finish his range!
Flagship did work that they would not fix, strove to charge over our contracted sum, and abandoned the job before it had been finished.
I emailed Karl asked him to PLEASE come to my home to fix his work that was wrong in another few days and late in the day once I discovered his neglect. Karl dismissed our multiple emails and phone messages for a day, but when he called back, Karl told me how much extra he would charge to fix the incorrect job, then hung me up, sent text message rants the following business day to the next of my contractors stating that nobody will tell me"how to conduct my business" and that he is an"honest contractor", then abandoned the job without mending his mistakes and before the rest of the job was done. It is really hard to believe anything which Karl L. says or writes.
Karl sent me a $ 5,500 invoice for its 3,000 payment and tried to strong arm me into paying a total of $11,500 despite us having a legal agreement to finish the job.
If he'd perform the job for $ 9,000, I asked and this firm-fixed price was agreed for by him. The following day, I drove to Flagship's 2nd hand shop, paid $3,000 (1/3 down), also received a copy of the job contracted along with the price agreement of 3 - $3,000 payments. Ask Karl for a $300 price discount on a $9,000 job as well as his manner is to throw tantrums, disrespect one to the other tradesmen, complain to other people that he got"beat down", and contain the"beat down" language in his invoice.
Flagship provided us a"free quote" for our large job; nonetheless, Karl tried to bill $240 for his free quote. Then he said"I thought you could detect" when I questioned him about the charge. This is a business practice that is dishonest and unethical.
Karl whined that he had to haul off and eliminate drywall and that a toilet was not to use at our home. Flagship took out the toilet that we left for the trades people to use and cost me money because he took the drywall away that everybody knows needs to be used to patch the holes that he cut.
I emailed the fixtures were, attracted by Karl sheets for vanities and our fixtures, sent follow up emails and he never brought up any issues. We ended up having to come back our shower fixture and purchase a one his manner, of a specific brand because that was all Karl was capable of installing, the wrong manner. We also had issues with our vanities in both toilets the info provided and because Karl does it his manner without respect to the dressing table.

My experience with Flagship Plumbing has been ideal. I phoned them to repair two toilets: you had and another had a loose manage. Nothing major. Mark fixed the two toilets and came out. I handed him an additional $ 10 as a hint and wrote him a check. As he left, my wife noticed that one of the toilets was still running continuously. He moved back to repair it again. It cost an additional $91, bringing the entire bill. I noticed that he had substituted the chrome handle using a cheap plastic . I requested them put in exactly the quality and to appear and phoned Flagship manage that they removed. I was told that it would cost me an additional $80. EIGHTY bucks handle they had obtained!!! This is a company with no interest in giving a quality service. I will employ a plumber to reverse the harm.

I have had few plumbing problems so can't talk to the price of the time. $200 an hour looked a bit steep but I was in a rush and did not do any price comparisons between them and other plumbers.
I was advised by Pasco County I lost 11 Thousand gallons of water every day. Before they would take any responsibility or help me I said I had to bring in a Plumber to prove it wasn't ME flushing the toilets in my house right for something or the full 24hrs every day.
They charged me $200 ($50 off the normal price) for approximately one hour of checking out the house and the exterior faucets and all that. I wasn't there. My roomate said the plumber did a thourough job that was fantastic. He corrected my toilets a bit but affirmed it wasn't a problem in my property.
But I was happy with the contact I had with Karl on the phone along with my Service Call both before and after my service.
I pulled up Yelp and picked Flagship Plumbing based on reviews. And location.

Flagship plumbing is #1 in my book when it comes to pipes. Mark, their plumber, came to my home lately to do some plumbing work including installing a new faucet, a new bathroom, and finding/fixing a flow. He was respectful, efficient and fast. Also, he cleaned up after himself, and he was clean-cut and didn't reek of cigarettes, alcohol, or b.o. And-no visible tattoos which left a fantastic impression. He also did really good work and everything's working perfectly. For my plumbing needs, I am calling Flagship Plumbing!
