I decided to completely"de-brass" our home by taking away the old springs and doorknobs from 1999. I bought all new hardware in my home to the 29 doors and turned to Yelp to discover the best match for your job. (Incidentally, I love the ease of the request quote feature). I reached out to locksmiths and Paul was fast to react requesting more info. In his quote, he was extremely comprehensive - a couple were higher and a few were lower. What drew me to Paul was his answers and comprehensive answers.
After getting the hardware within a couple days, Charles came out to our home for the install. He arrived in a van just like you see in the image and a shirt that was tee. Nice, soft spoken guy that you're comfortable having in your property. I've Charles the lay of the property and he immediately got to work. He effectively knocked out the vast majority of doors the very first day and returned to complete them off. Our doors were in pretty good shape and he did not run into some substantial problems, so they did finish the task in less time than they anticipated. The best part of this is, the bill ended up being 30% LESS than they lent me. My dealings with locksmiths in the past, that has never been the outcome.
This is a great experience all around. I strongly recommend.

Fantastic support! Came right on time and was very devoted.

Highly recommended! I chose to change to some system for my front door and they were fantastic. They gave recommendations regarding the various brands and capabilities of the various systems that were touchpad. Excellent communication, fast and easy scheduling and installation. I will definitely use them again!

Called the day he had been on time and he did a great job. He did not leave until the job was done. We are very pleased with the service.

Would definitely use them again for any future needs!
Needed a deadbolt installed in our front door and setup an appointment with the Flying Locksmiths. I was told that I could receive notifications on the job's day and that, because I'd requested an afternoon appointment, the time would be a bit variable. I loved the honesty when Rick was on his way and sure enough, I was notified by text. He came earlier than anticipated, was courteous, and the install job was done well and done fast! Anyhow, my girlfriend was home alone at the time and appreciated Rick's manners (she has had her fair share of creepy technicians in the past).

They are wonderful! They arrived to get a job at my office at Millennium Park, but found it was a bigger issue than they anticipated. They did not charge us . Came two additional times back to cement and rehang the door. I would hire them . Paul is honest with his pricing and also invoice and the quote were exactly the same price. There is no upward charge here!

I locked myself out of my car whilst stopping on my way to operate for lunch. I needed to get in fast and Rick showed up within 5 minutes (he happened to be near by which was really convenient for me) And got me my keys quite quickly. On top of that he was pleasant and a friendly man.

My brother locked his keys in the vehicle, so we called the Flying Locksmiths to assist us. I had a terrific experience! I and I got a text and a phone call, respectively from Seth. He arrived quickly and timely. Seth was prepared and very friendly. He got the car unlocked and worked closely and carefully not to damage the car!
I'd definitely recommend them if I locked my keys in the vehicle and I'd call them !
Super quick, the cost, worked closely, and with precision!

I had the best experience dealing with this company. I cannot say enough about their outstanding customer service, prior to leaving the job and they took the opportunity to urge products and to be certain that they worked. I would absolutely use them again.

After feeling overwhelmed and frustrated by my hunt to find a locksmith to install a keypad lock for my own office space (everybody I discovered was SO more expensive, rude, unreliable and dishonest), I stumbled upon The Flying Locksmiths and all was well! They were dependable, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable-and got the job done. I strongly recommend The Flying Locksmiths for of your locksmithing needs!

I would like to thank Matt Ford the operator and his associate Darrell in assisting us with a residential project at Elkton MD.. They worked to make it right, adjusting the problem on a return visit, after undergoing challenges at the visit in their company. Proved greatly valued!

The men at The Flying Locksmiths were fantastic. We had a front door seem seize up in the locked position in the middle of the work day on the salon of our men. We called them, they arrived and had the lock replaced in a hour that kept us operating without interruption. My experience is that they are courteous prompt and professional. They can be highly recommended by me.

We had a door lock go bad in the middle of the company day and our customers couldn't get into the store for their scheduled appointments. I called these guys and they got a tech straight out there and got us back into business. Not only were they quick, they seemed to actually appreciate the company rather than making us feel they do us a huge favor. HIGHLY urge the Flying Locksmiths.

I had a technical expert who could re-key a digital door lock, and once I emailed requesting a quote Eric emailed me back with the facts about how they'd go about creating a key for my door. His response ensured me that he knew what he was doing. That I knew he determined the price, he gave me an quote. My tech, Aaron was on time, fast re-keyed my lock, and was considerate. The keys work smooth. If I were needing a locksmith I would call these guys again!

They are usually optimistic While I write reviews. In cases like this, I really feel a duty to warn other homeowners about this company (this is actually the Minnesota location based in Golden Valley). A house was bought by me and wanted 6 locks rekeyed. I had been quoted the support telephone cost and per lock cost, and the cost that was per crucial . The person who came was unprofessional and creepy. He looked like he hadn't ever done work. He struggled to reinstall them and struggled to eliminate the deadbolts. He was not able to remove the cylinder from a lockset to rekey it. He wanted to sell me a lockset he could rekey, after tinkering with it so much that it was not working any longer. I agreed since the cost was not bad. Then he was not able to eliminate the lockset and wanted to pry it off the door. Following four hours he had rekeyed 4 of the 6 locks. As he struggled to perform a job that seemed to me he should be an expert 25, I had listened to him. I told him to set the lockset that was old . I paid him and told him to depart. By this time it was getting dark and that he lingered. I told him to escape my house and he finally left. I've dealt with a great deal of service people but that was the worst I can remember. Avoid this company.

They're professional and they treat you just like the way they would like to be handled. Though they could not perform the work they tell you and could recommend that you call the fabrication. Can try again when require a locksmith.

When I purchased my new company I had an issue that I couldn't figure out and also called the Flying Locksmith to come out and change the locks. They were able to fix the door and came out quickly and friendly. They are highly recommended by me.

Up to now for 24 hour emergency support....called around noon on a Sunday since we locked ourselves from our apartment....was told the soonest they could come was involving regular business hours Monday.

They did a fantastic job! Service and pleasant person! The man came on time and was very professional.

If You've Got a job The Flying Locksmiths is the best choice you can make
Ray and his group are excellent. We had to have our company re-keyed and The Flying Locksmiths managed to offer the very best cost and service. The group that arrived in our office worked and were able to finish the job in 1 day with no impact on our operations. Ray and his group have been available for follow up questions and were able to fix with what we had, with fitting different manufacturer parts.

I had this company come to my business to look at a lock onto a safety gate. They showed up when they said they did the work which I expected them to perform and would. My surprise was when I got their bill. Not only was I charged a $95.00 service call fee (probably common in this business), a $75.00 labor charge (for 20 minutes of work) but there was a $10.00"provides charge" apparently for the $5.95 component that was needed to complete the repair.
This company charged me $10.00 for the privilege of buying a little section from them. A minor problem with a safety gate lock ended up costing me $186.00! I will definitely shop around a little before I hire a different locksmith as me, these fees seem a little excessive for easy work.

It is so tough to find a honest locksmith to your business. The locksmith is really the commercial locksmith at the Boston region. They are fast honest come in cars. They therefore are so educated in their area and use the parts that are very best. I will truly not use anyone else for my enterprise.

The Flying Locksmiths are the best in the business. They appeared to be willing to help me they can when our company needed keyless entrance for safety and really professional. The installation was quick and we feel safer.

What I am about to write appears quite similar to other testimonials - so buyer beware, you are better off going with a different firm if you appreciate your time. I achieved to The Flying Locksmiths via their online chat purpose. I achieved via the function when it came time to schedule an appointment. The rep answering chat (whom I will not name out of respect) confirmed I would be the first place, between 8-9am. Her exact words were"The only way that could change is if an emergency came , in which case it'd get moved to another place. But we'll shoot for first stop!" A day before the appointment, I once again achieved via chat to confirm and was told"Yes, you are still scheduled to the initial stop of the afternoon at right now! It'll be between 8-9am and we'll also phone you on the way!"
I was then contacted via email by precisely the exact same rep that initially helped me put up the appointment, who proceeded to inform me that she had been"Sorry I sensed that this way" and"I explained to you and once again then we'd call you on the way to prevent any confusion. Fantastic luck with whoever you end up using, and have a great day." I showed screen grabs of our conversation where she confirmed 8-9am and she didn't get it to this rep. I believe they believe saying"We will call you on how" is their way to get out of any time commitment.
Long story short, I simply made an appointment. They're easy to deal with and so are committing to a weekend period (Something Flying Locksmith will not do, not unless you pay for an emergency/extra charge).
As I don't work close to my property, I needed to square things away with work. I got no phone call the morning of the appt, so I guessed that which was on time. About 9am, I called and was told"You should not have been told you were the very first place, there is someone before you, and the owners have the capability to maneuver around times to how they see fit. . Annoyed with this, wait patiently, and wait , and I thanked the woman and proceeded to wait. As no one had achieved to state they had been on the way, About 11:15 am I called. This time the other individual answered the phone and told me that I had been next, but that the tech still worked on another job and was approximately 20 miles away. . .definitely wasn't going to be there before 11:30. Thoroughly frustrated with the complete lack of respect for also the fact and also my period that I confirmed they'd be there between 8-9 UNLESS there was an emergency, I chose to cancel the appointment.
Because of screwed over by Flying Locksmiths I am feeling I'm going to write this extended review. 4 hours of my life wasted on waiting for them. Communication, customer support that is terrible. . .avoid them. I will make certain none of my friends or family use this firm. What is a shame I recalled seeing the van with the guy on a key on top driving round the south shore of Massachusetts. That funny van could make me smile, and they had been the first people I thought, once I needed a locksmith of. I would happen to be, if I would have known just how profoundly disappointed.

I predicted them cause my dog was locked in my bedroom. The call was answered fairly quickly and told the lady who answered the phone what was happening and she asked me to get my own zip code... I told her and she seemed for an available tech in my place.... Following a long pause she asked if she would put me onto a brief hold which I accepted.... About a 3 minutes hold time and she came back and said that there were not any techs available however she was planning to transfer me to someone who was about to offer me a referral to someone else... alright that was also nice. A few second hold and some man with an accent came on the line who was nice and courteous told me he didnt have some techs avaiable in my place and he was planning to give me a number to pop a lock and they would take care of me. I asked him to continue for a sec while I discovered a pencil. I discovered one and said to go ahead with the number... he gave it to me and upon me studying it back for comfirmation he told me he was going to phone instead to be certain they took care of me.... Okay I said.... A lil odd but okay. He put me on a different brief hold then connected me to a person called paige who took down my address and number and said they would have someone at my home within 30-45 minutes.... I now understand why he wanted to connect me straight... it was I wouldnt be able to proceed and reasearch that the comapny.... The soda a tek arrived quickly. Fast for one company to become super booked and another to seem like they had nothing to do. Anyway he was here no more than five minutes.... He stuck a friggen pioece of plastic in my doorway and it popped open... I went in to check on my dog and find a check novel while he travelled to get the invoice.... He comes back $95 dollars please.... Now im not the type to say anything to someine about the purchase price of anything.... I dont enjoy confriontation nor do like to seem like im cheap.... Idk the ones that are flying would have cost me I dont think I have ever been ripped off in my entire life. To be cared for so much. Thank you dude with the accent. Next time im going to pay one of those that advertise $15 dollar providers.... ironic...

On the times there they're always accommodating and professional.
Friendly staff are helpful and provide suggestions to make decisions.
Reasonable prices.

They were awesome. I phoned up, easy to take care of. The guy was very professional. I would use them again.
By describing to me why I didn't need a lock, they also saved me money. On one of the doorways, even though that is precisely what I asked for

I have utilized the Flying Locksmiths in Randolph and they were good - but it has been a few decades ago The older staff - who might not be there anymore - were both customer-focused as well as excellent. The young guys manning the store now are useless and pathetic. Their demeanor and attitude is anything but customer friendly (more like you are making their life tough than they're serving a customer). Went in for a key fob replacement - was crystal cleaar about it on the telephone and in person and all they did was cut me a key (perhaps not a replacement key fob) and wanted to charge me $75 - following himming and hawing about just how tough a job it might be. Unprofessional, these clowns can not do anything more than cut a key. Zero customer support, zero client listening abilities, and attitudes. Don't waste your time - they are currently njo than Lowes or Home Depot.

The technician was great, the price was not. I wish I had asked for a quote but it never crossed my mind which rekeying 4 cores could be more expensive than replacing two deadbolts and a knob! If you can alter the hardware than don't waste your own time and money here. I could have bought all new hardware cited above for $120 at the hardware store, but somehow rekeying the 4 cores cost me $175!

I'd just purchased my first house. I was frantically looking for a locksmith. I'd read negative reviews on Yelp which I took into account. I went against my better judgment. I got a call to change the locks and scheduled an appointment at 3p. The gentleman who called was extremely rude. Upon calling they apologize for the confusion and that I was told that I would be the appointment the next day, they in fact did not even reschedule and never came. That I received a call and once more I was being told by the gentleman they would be in my house later. As soon as I tried to request a time frame he kept repeating like a broken record or just like he was reading a script that they are a ceremony and he couldn't give me a moment. I got a call at 2p and that I said I'm canceling the purchase. I refer them or would never use them again.

The lock to our office had been freezing up in the cold weather and one of our employees snapped off a key in the lock. Flying Locksmiths came out quickly the following day, yet for all of the effort they put into what seems to be drilling out the lock cylinder and replacing itwe still struggled to lock the door the evening once they were here. The lock appears like it was hacked with a hammer and select and the cylinder wiggles out and in. And yet more, a key is stuck in the lock. I would have anticipated the lock to function like new after paying for skilled support.

Nice people here spent a 1/2 hour helping me and didn't even charge me some money, they make you feel just like family...

I phoned Flying Locksmiths at Randolph on Monday morning to get locks in my new home re. We were also having an issue with our door popping open when locked- I was being really worried by that and that I wanted to have it fixed as soon as possible. I had been told they'd be out that day or the next morning when I had not received a call and also to call back after 1. I called about 3:45 pm to inquire since I had to be in work if they could give me a time frame for another morning. I had been told we were the first on the schedule for the morning and a person would be there by. Around 10:30 on Tuesday so I made a phone call nobody had called or showed up yet. I had been told by a individual that was different that we were after 1pm about the schedule for sometime and they're not supposed to give time frames because they have no idea when they'll be able to get to their appointment. So customers are supposed to sit around their house all day waiting for a locksmith to appear. I think it's unacceptable so far as customer service goes. The cable company gives you a two hour time frame. They ought to be working around the customer's schedule, not the other way around! I promptly called a 24 hour locksmith at Quincy who came over the hour to my house and was quite professional. I would never recommend the Flying Locksmiths at Randolph.

It really boils down to the question: how can you need to be treated? My wife told me she wanted me to create more keys to the flat I chose to do a lock shift, where a few of the others were, but I wasn't certain. So explain the specifics of my own lock and I needed to obtain a locksmith we dwell in a construction with high security locks. I began with the buildings advocated Vendor - City Lock. Other than"have you got any clue how to conduct a company," I didn't, so I hung up the phone and did some research. That's when I found the Flying Locksmith. Not only was that their employees friendly on the phone, the took the opportunity could take care of the job. They scheduled an appointment, they showed up on time, they had been beyond professional, and their job was flawless. They took the opportunity to follow up and make sure that I was satisfied. I've made the recommendation to the board of my construction we just use TFL going. I'd give these men 6 stars if it had been an option!

I predicted the Flying Locksmiths searching for some help using a old lock and door. I was interested in helping or restoring preserve the lock wanted a trusted, friendly locksmith that would not cheat me - and I found you!
The Flying Locksmiths were on time. Set up an appointment of days ahead of time and also called me a half hour before their arrival. They arrived exactly on time and the tech worked hard to conserve the fixture!
Thanks Flying Locksmith. Great service your rates and friendly, knowledgeable staff create me a life long client.
They did conserve it as much as they could and gave me excellent advice on what I could do if I need to if (cause it is only a matter of time) this item completely falls apart.

First class performance.
The Flying Locksmith is a very customer oriented firm. I called on a Friday afternoon and at my door Gene showed up within thirty minutes to shift of the locks and rekey a couple more as requested. He is a true professional that takes his work seriously. This place is currently my go-to for lock demands going forward. A++ guys. Keep the great work up.

The locksmith that we had was Gene. He was efficient, friendly, prompt and exceptional. He made certain before he left that all of the locks and keys work and rekeyed our house quickly. He was very professional and represented The Flying Locksmiths well. I would certainly hire this company for any future job. Great Job!!!

I could recommend them more. Gene came out to change a lock and rekey two others in my first home. He was efficient and incredibly professional, and even assisted mend some sticking door issues. Bonus: he even explained what he was doing when I said I was curious about how things worked. Extra bonus: despite their top job, they cost less than other companies.

Fast, professional, and friendly support!! So thankful I called when I accidentally locked myself out of my car last week... Gene was awesome and got the work done efficiently!

When a coworker locked her keys in her car, used this service. Gene was very nice and useful. He was as fast to get the car open and came on site fast.
