Glens Key Lock & Safe Company

Not only do I recommend them, but my Subaru fob bit the dust since I bet these guys could reprogram it, and I'm heading to Glens this week.
So when I needed a whole new set of keys following a backpack theft I was not certain who could match some bizarre old 36, my locksmith people closed down after a few decades.
I walked into Glens but was greeted immediately. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, although I thought I'd need to return to pick up the keys since they were occupied. I was $25 for 6 brand new keys and 2 new keychains, and was on my way smashing out the remainder of my spring cleaning to-do list in no time.

These men were occupied in my visit but they got right to work in my issue. I had them pick a lock - it took maybe 5 minutes and then I had been told"no charge". I felt bad so I had them cut/copy a key just to throw a few cheddar their manner. I will certainly look these guys up again once I want their services!

These folks are great! Anytime we want Keyes we proceed to Glen's! They have their own parking lot and street parking. The folks here are very helpful and always have good suggestions.
We've very few makers and 1970 VW could cut these keys but not at Glen's and the keys we have had cut here always are cut to perfection.

I moved in to have what I needed done and receive a quote. It would be 40 more than I had been quoted As soon as I got there the worker Marcel or something explained. I told him I would bring my phone back and show him the quotation when I come to pay. I showed him the quotation and he said he wouldn't honor it As soon as I came back. I inquired Todd O was and was told that he was the general supervisor who. He was not there. The worker needed to pay and then began yelling at me that I had been wrong. He kept yelling and yelling as I spoke and he continued to tell me that I was wrong even though I showed him the quotation. He gave me the cost of the original quote so I would"just get the hell out of there". He explained I would have to pay the table quote another time I come back... Hahahaha why could I ever come back. I will personally make sure no one I know goes for anything. Being insulted, and flat out told that I had been wrong, yelled at, screamed at. Worst customer service and business practices I have and many like will ever witness!!!! 0 stars if this was a choice!

Outstanding Company!I called about acquiring a deadbolt installed for our patio 15, Glen's to see and they sent a guy! He looked at our doorway and determined that he was unable to install a deadbolt since there's a steel rod all the way up and down and the door could only be serviced by a Peachtree fix individual (which will be a different review). They quoted me a service call plus the cost for installation plus components, when I chose. He explained no service fee, after he told me he couldn't put in the deadbolt! He would not have it although I said I had been happy to pay for the service telephone. Since I suspect he enjoys what he does, he lubed up a doorknob to the garage. We have plans to buy a safe for papers and you better believe we'll be going to Glens.

I have a home in Sugarhouse and as soon as the front door lock broke I had trouble. The Key of glen made me new keys came out to repair the lock. Their prices were very fair. They are highly recommended by me.

The Honda dealer quoted me $108 to get a copy that is important, the quoted me $89 over he phone of Glen, and surprise- I was charged $63! Honda also told me I would need to make a 1.5 hour appointment, and Glen's had me in and out in 10 minutes.

These men were clearly enjoying their job, entertained my 3 year old while we waited, and were friendly.

Anyways, something was wrong with the lock on my door. They said they would require a couple of hours to work on it. I walked with my laptop into a coffee shop, expecting to do a couple of hours of effort. They had my lock and key all fixed up and called in under an hour! Works perfectly now. Thanks for the ease of service!!
Suggestion: If you have to wait for your service, there is an awesome coffee shop up the street called Publik. Coffee and wifi!

Fantastic service. Friendly men and women. I moved to find a car key maybe programmed and cut. They even made my new key a master key and did it . I had a valet since his master was lost by the seller. No price. And ends up I didn't want it programmed like the car dealership rep told me since the circuit board had been reused by me from my key - .

Glens did a fantastic job making me fresh keys from scratch. Spencer, the locksmith was on time and worked hard to get the business completed on both my trucks and would not depart until I checked all of them. The price was right and I am glad I went together. Best locksmiths in town. Do not trust anybody else, these men know all of it! I have been using them for decades, they know residential and commercial. Pros at safes. Staff is friendly and happy to talk and answer questions.

Person answering the telephone was sweet and nice. They got the man out here fast. Bummer is....he had to drill my lock....which I might have done also....and now $70 plus $100 for a brand new lock....could have saved the $70. Perhaps kicked my foot in. What's the point of a locksmith if you're gonna violate the lock. Lame ALSO....mind you. . .it wasn't even a deadbolt. A door handle lock. But we must replace the whole thing.

Charged me $110 only to"Park his truck in my door". Then charged me an additional $95 for labour to"Take it apart". Another $95 for parts. I'm ripped off.

We moved into a new home and received 5 keys for 5 different locks. Right away we knew we wanted everything re-keyed for safety and we just wanted one crucial for them all. We called at 8am, they had Larry outside at our home by and that he was completed in half an hour. We will use them for all our needs.

A +. Got two copies of a key. In and out in two minutes. They helped me immediately. Super friendly. And they ended up only charging me. Would recommend to anyone needing a copy of some key

This key store is the best I have discovered,professional, skilled,have many guys working there that may get you rekeyed or reprogrammed on newer cars.Reprogramming is about half of what the dealer fees.
