On The Go Locksmith

We had been moving to a new office and needed an video intercom to open our door on the first floor from the second floor. Kurt gave us some options, pricing, along with a did an excellent job making sure we make the most of the features that the intercom given and installing. He also took the time to check us up days/weeks after the project has been completed. He arrived a week to make sure things worked for us and we identified that a difficulty door lock another door. He said he'd return and install a thumb turn. He did return now I was not around to pay him. He advised me that he installed the lock and he was not going to charge me. I couldn't believe that but it is true. Fantastic customer services.

Fucking SCAM! I needed a spring loaded lock fixed on an exterior doorway. I had the handle removed and the pieces and what ready and prepped for the tech. I thought it would be $50 MAXIMUM and a simple endeavor. The tech JAMMED a screwdriver into break the bit and showed up. Did not bother to troubleshoot the locking bit. The $35 fast became $85 and I told him to get off my property when he stated it would be just another $175 to replace the lock piece he just BROKE ($125 to get a basic replacement). I had to spend another $35 in Home Depot for the replacement parts. With the time that I spent waiting for the tech, and I'm very dissatisfied and cannot recommend this repair support.
The service call that is $35 makes it appealing. I waited 90 minutes to show up.
If Yelp let folks leave an accurate celebrity review, I would give it ZERO stars.

We paid the difference between the ones that were new and the locks. New locks include 5 year warranty. On The Go Locks did I job.
I'm upgrading my review to a 4. The last man that came out on Monday, refunded the condominium and upgraded them, eliminated the locks the total cost of the locks.
I'm the board president for a 6 unit condominium. I'm feeling that I called this company for servicWe used this firm. We immediately had to phone they out at least two which wouldn't open and stuck.
Now this has disintegrated into a safety concern.
The lock won't turn and the doors lock fell loose from the doorway.
You are becoming one star because you responded to our calls to fix your setup that is bad.
Today, I had been locked out for 15 minutes. My dogwalker only called and he can't get in either.

I was quite happy! I had to evict some tenants and am a new landlord. This firm was the only one. I contacted Ariel and that he was very responsive and answered all my questions. Amanda was. She was educated and got the job done! The price was close enough to the quote. Since I plan to use them , I would definitely recommend using this business.

Super pleased with the service. Amanda was very educated, came out on time, and managed to fix several problems. Our house was built in the 1920s and the lock is on our door but it was having difficulties. Looked knowledgeable or comfortable that outdated and wanted to replace the lock, amanda managed to maintain hardware and all thr lock and shine it up. They substituted the toilet lock something period suitable. Would totally use them again or recommend to other people!

That is my second time with On The Go Locksmith and there always efficient. I secure Commercial doors. They're always available because I have limited time, within the hour which is amazing! Super reliable, sick always use them for your own needs!

I am a bit embarrassed to admit this, but I locked myself. It is not a good feeling standing out of your entrance door, frantically checking your pockets to recognize none of these contain your keys.
After emotionally preparing myself was going to be hours of waiting in the heat, I called On The Go. The locksmith, Kurt, let me know he was on his way and called me back within minutes to verify my address. He came within half an hour and was able to select the lock. The price was reasonable as well, in my estimation.
TL,DR: I don't advise if you do you need to telephone for back you in, although locking yourself out of your house.

Saved us time and pain! One of there took less than 5min and locksmiths arrived in less than 15 minutes. Will use them again.

I went with a business and wound up getting locks installed. The pricing was AFFORDABLE and they're PROFESSIONAL as well. Take it from me, this puts prices are INSANE. About performing work a easy way / wrong way has nothing. It has to perform about ripping off people with over the top rates. Save yourself some money and discover a locksmith which has way more testimonials and fees way less. Trust me people...
I won't market but I will say I picked a locksmith and set a review up and they were AWESOME! So I do not mind paying for a professional. But I am not paying a specialist who has increased their prices out of greed.

I locked my keys in my area to my bedroom door. This is a standard lock special. I asked how much to open this door.... I was quoted $35 just for the drive and $80 to open the lock. $115!!!???? To get a job!? He said he would perform a even $100. WOW thanks so much for its HUGGGEEEE SAVINGS. *sarcastically*
Thank Goodness I decided after that quote to research. I would have paid him if he'd quoted lower! Frankly joyful he quoted so high as it made me get my bum off and figure it out myself and would ya look at this.
Went on YouTube. Yes no lie. Looked up how to open locks and utilized the credit card suggestion. Bent it Slid into WAM and doorway! It opened. Took 2 minutes to me and saved me $115 out of a tear off man.

I'd suggest when you've got a locked bedroom door google or YouTube hunt and before you wind up wasting countless dollars, try it yourself.

My adventures consisted of men who charged a leg and with an arm and also took a few hours to arrive. 9:30PM on a Sunday night, Kurt saved the day. I contacted them through Yelp and Ariel was quick responding to my request, such as within 20 minutes. Out of all the businesses I contacted, he was the service call for a quote. What is even better is they can come that I do not need to have a day off waiting at home to them anytime, which is great for working people like me. When my husband is home, so I had them come over the next 15, my problem was not urgent. The job is fixing from leaving the door unlocked, and Ron did it fast and saved us. In the event that you need a locksmith 10, highly recommend them.

Broke my key from the mailbox keyhole. Messaged them in Yelp for a quote and bought the offer. It was mentioned and they arrived within one hour. She was enlightening and amanda was my locksmith and made the process simple. Highly recommend them. I also love that a 6 month insurance is with this service!

As this moment, I have been called multiple times, have received text messages, as well as voicemails and a yelp message asking me why my review is up today that I have been reimbursed. From continuously calling me I have had to block more than one phone number. The entire situation has been ridiculous. I don't want to be contacted via this company.
About a month ago, I had been locked out of my automobile and a technician came out. I had been quoted $75 on the phone, but charged $175 upon the arrival of the tech. I paid it as my phone was dying, so that I had no choice other than be stranded to pay it. After the incident, I called and complained and they advised me that I had been overcharged by their builder. They asked what might be done to make this better. I said I wanted a refund of everything I had been overcharged. They then wanted me to eliminate my review, and refunded me the $100. I elected to not eliminate my review. Why would I eliminate a review in exchange to be given ?

AMANDA WAS AMAZING!! Super really patient with all our rambunctious dogs and considerate. She arrived in an extremely timely manner. This company is strongly recommended by me.
