These man's work under the name"Gray's Locksmith" and give the business address"1350 W. Oak St.". THIS IS A FALSE ADDRESS AND.
Don't Use GRAY'S LOCKSMITH SERVICE, It's A SCAM AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
We asked to have our 2012 Jeep unlocked since we locked the keys inside and called. They offered us $15 for the service call and yet another $20 to get the car unlocked, for a total of $35.00. Little did we knowthat we would be charged with a whopping $195.00 rather than recognize it until after he left. He showed up 45 minutes and gave us a call about half an hour in to tell us that he had been pulled over by the police and received a ticket and that he would be late. EVEN he showed up in an automobile, dressed below casual, and has been grossly unprofessional.
After the initial shock of seeing that the fees on the receipt were less quoted and nearly 7 times , following the man left, we called another local locksmith using a legitimate address and business to ask if they have heard about"Gray's Locksmith". What he informed us abandoned our mouths wide open. These men aren't a formal enterprise. They're known scammers to the other locksmiths in town. The business address they claim is where their business is located is not real and the guys who work for them aren't actual workers, but co-scammers of this man that possesses the"business". We then asked the legitimate business what they bill for the same service and they informed us $30 even and us reassured that people were victims of a scam.
