He showed up almost immediately, because he lives right around the corner in my workplace parking garage. We drove three levels of parking ramp, and he appeared at the window at my pushbutton locking mechanism and advised me it would be $ 165 to unlock it if he got to my car. I informed him there was no way I paid that, particularly if I have been quoted less than half .
I'm donating them three stars because they did what they had to do, which was unlock my car, but when I called the dispatcher and asked how far it was going to cost, he told me, at very heavily accented English, it was 15 to come outside to my car, and $30 to unlock it. I advised him to go right ahead and come before I called this guy, since I'd been nominated $55 and $ 65.
Five minutes of travel time and 10 minutes for $165 of job? BRB, going to buy a long bendy and some atmosphere expander thingies stick thingy.
It wasn't until I advised him that I would pay him for coming out $15 but that I wasn't going to cover more than $ 55 to unlock the car he agreed to take action. He inserted his bendy and his air expander thingies stick thingy, and had my door unlocked in less than 10 minutes.

Because it's a mobile service Obviously the support is a little pricey, they all are. The communication was really excellent. He showed up on time, got my ignition repaired in a timely way. I really feel (still waiting for him to finish up) pretty comfortable with the entire thing. You need to anticipate that someone working out of the vehicle and not and driving to you in a shop is going to be a little costly.

I called and spoke to the same man I contacted and today he says he quoted me that the"starting price" of $150 since he couldn't possibly know how much the key fob could be although I gave him the calendar year, make and model of the vehicle. He had been belligerent and rude.
They're scam artists that are complete. My wife lost her secret because of the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and has been stranded therefore I phoned and asked how much it'd cost to get a replacement. I was told the key fob would be 125 and there would be a excursion charge.
The work was done. Along with the key does not work. It unlocks the door but does not start the motor. Additionally, this truck's back hatch broke, but fixed it.

Literally to get a typical job that was $80 they charged her $160 since they knew she wasnt going to wait.
I own a couple companies here in the valley; we deal with individuals although we may not bat 1000.
This was disgusting and any attempt to contact them was fulfilled with banter in their end.
I wasnt even trying to find a refund I was just dumb based...

Frankly, in this world, the upfront facts could be fine.
Kid was fine but needed to call 3 or 4 times, eventually dude showed up 30 minutes afterwards. Total time 1 hour 30 minutes from time child showed up to getting but will not start it!!!
Job done and it's over with. Kid allows for additional star and was fine.
It is not cheap and they'll let you know that the up front costs. The fees just keep getting piled on... $$ I'd day expect 80% to 100% more than whatever little cost information they will provide over the phone.

Well after waiting 40 minutes ago a scheduled period (I gave about two hours notice) I was misquoted costs, ended up paying a ridiculous sum for an unlock service that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere. The technology lent me knocked off 40 dollars for the wait, what a great guy right, and 180 to start with? No, because I would have decline service if that was the situation. Honestly I wish to thank you guys since I will never forget my keys now for raping me financially. Seriously considering treatment for PTSD after this , overpriced that is unprofessional experience. Completely unsatisfactory waiting in the Arizona heat.

KEEP LOOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought the website looked legit and needed the lock. The dispatch said he would ship'his Honda specialist'. She came and I told her that the AAA technician had said it was a damaged lock. She insisted that it was the key. Gave me the quotation said if it was the lock she'd fix the lock at no cost. Cut to hours later and she states because she needs a unique equipment which her boss gets it can't be fixed by her. You'd think a'Honda specialist' would have understood this. I was told he would be within a couple hours. That turned to nearly 4. Neither he nor she'd answer the cell phone. So that you could not leave a message-never that a good sign for a business enterprise That had a mailbox. He calls back after 8:30 pm and suggests we do it in the daytime. And that my car door is disassembled therefore that I can't use my car. He states that he was not answering because he was on work. Cut to the following day and he is getting here. I tell him the price I was offered by her. He comes back that more work has to be performed rather than for the price. The whole time he is here's is on the phone. He has a buddy come work on his car while. Every time I look outside he is around or in. I go outside to whine that he states so he's got to answer it's work calls. I say well your excuse for not answering night was you were working, humorous how you're able to answer the phone though. The encounter was terrible and unprofessional. You get the feeling you're being scammed. Terrible service. I've not ever written a review. But please be forewarned. Keep looking!!!!! It's possible for you to find a more reputable and trustworthy company. This place is shady.

Don't use. Serviceman was about to charge $500 for a new car key. I said I am going and declined support. Total scam artists and will include many"charges" for your automobile lockout support.

Warning - this location is shady! Scam artists and bullies! I left an appoint for 3 days past - only wanted a spare FOB created for our car. I was kept waiting for more than 3 hours out of my appointment using a text each 30 minutes stating they had been on the way. The price had gone up $50 when they showed up 3 hours after plus they did not have the FOB. Made arrangements to meet the next day. This time they had been rude, stated they only accepted money (although this was news to me) or they'd charge 6 percent more. Just money, no tests. I had to run 4 cubes after waiting 6 hours total to them. The locksmith was angry and called and stated he was upset to have to wait for me! Oh, the irony. Just a whole clown show mean!

I've been locked out of my condo lol, on several occasions. Green locksmith comes to my rescue:-RRB- They are efficient and quick. I strongly recommend them if you're locked out, when you want a new key for your car, or want new locks on your doors.

The telephone dispatcher at Green Locksmith AZ (480-522-6265) quoted $130 for a new digital car key replacement (with key programming) and a $25 trip charge to total $155. The locksmith who arrived 30 minutes late stated he would bill $50 less than the dealership price. Then he produced an invoice for a new digital key plus a trip charge that was $25. With all the locksmith listening, I named the automobile dealer who offered $54 for a digital car key and $130 to program the key for a total of $184. I advised him that I wouldn't pay more than the initial quote of $130. Then he tried to extort a trip charge out of me. No support was left and I had not agreed to pay a trip fee. He insisted repeatedly that a trip fee must be paid by me. I requested him to leave my property but he refused to leave without any payment. I advised him that he's trespassing and taught him that I wouldn't pay a fee for non-service. While leaving he said:"Good luck staying alive", which I believe a threat.

Usually Yelp can be trusted by me, these testimonials must be friends or family. If there was a 0 star I'd give it! These guys scammed us!! Did't seemed like their loved ones was with them and show up in a business vehcile. We asked a service telephone was and they said $29. I moved on to pay them they wouldn't take a card. As soon as I came out using the cash to inform them to depart, they damaged my business truck and continued. They continued to hang around after being told to leave! I would never recommend this company to anybody. Billed $289. Called and talked to owner Tony, who contended that his employees would depart they didn't!! if told Not locksmiths with a very long shot!!
