I wanted to locate a local locksmith because my daughter lost her car keys. I discovered this business but they do not appear to be local seems like a call centre when you call and they aren't very friendly nor do they give you any opportunity to ask questions. Got an estimate of $124.99 and actually needed this service so I scheduled the job, I asked how soon they would be outside and she said she would dispatch someone right out. Got the call from the tech who was doing the job and said it'd be about two hours before he could be there but would call on his way. Two hours after I got a call stating that he was there and now my price had jumped from $124.99 to $218.00. Needless to say I won't ever use this company and the company as a whole have to operate on customer service.

This place is really a scam. I had explained to them that I was locked out of my home and car with an infant child in sunlight and asked to speak to the owner since he had helped before, however the lady that kept picking up on the morning of the 15th of Aug 2017 didn't care was impolite. Said he would be in between 8-9? Did not understand exactly what that meant am or was it pm - kept saying that she didn't like to repeat herself. I told her that she was so rude and obnoxious and if that was the way that they were answering calls that I couldn't wait to consult with the owner, and she wrapped up.
