I have used Big Frog Plumbing for 2 jobs. They where fantastic! Clean and quick. Very affordable. They told me I didn't need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you
Mike, Kelly, and their team helped me with all the repairs in my city home downtown Indianapolis throughout the sales process at Lockerbie. They assisted with a water heater, mould fixes, and 12 windows. In addition to some plumbing repairs and painting. As I do not live there anymore, the work was easy for me personally and was finished in time. They took care of everything and 1 phone call, it saved me a flight up! They did a fantastic great job and I would recommend them.
Most likely one of the most disappointing builder solutions I have experienced. In concept, this idea is quite novel. Regrettably Indiana residential has not mastered the procedure, the implementation, or the customer services. This is how it works. The majority of the time Indy residential is contracted out by realtor that have work that should be accomplished prior to closing to a home for their buyers. Home gives them a quotation, comes out and completes the work prior to closing. They do contract work if you phone them and they will come out and give you an estimate for your work, based on your needs. I have had a chance to experience both. To begin with,my realtor told me how good the service was, therefore we contracted them to do some work prior to the closing on my new house. About 80 percent of this work completed incorrectly, the other 20 percent was left undone, even though this was paid for by me, or was done correctly. Fast forward to a few months later, and this year, the caulk and seal on my shingles they were supposed to treat are falling apart. I called Chris in Indy home to appear and take a look, and they essentially said they could see on the work order that caulk had been used, but have no record of what was actually done so essentially I have no proof that it wasn't done correctly, and they can't warrantee the work following the winter season. So, now I am out not just my money (they did repay a little portion-but not sufficient to cover the inadequate repair) and lucky me, I must pay to get it redone The right way. Next, we had some difficulties with a pipe. We have them come out two or three occasions to give us an estimate. They came out and then sent us a quotation that didn't encircle the work I needed and was totally different than when I ask for, therefore I asked him to return again. This finally happened to weeks and I never ended up getting another estimate. My job wasn't large enough, or they are too busy. In this day and age, this procedure shouldn't be so challenging, workmanship ought to be right, and customer service must be a priority. Unfortunately I will not be using their services, and I'd think long and hard before you're doing in case your realtor requests you to utilize the support. Getting the work done isn't necessarily the best thing. Unfortunately I learned the hard way.
We recently purchased a home in Avon, IN - during the real estate transaction, we purchased an inspection that revealed numerous age and weather associated fixing problems such as loose rooftop shingles, rotten fiberboard trim, leaking windows, broken outside electrical outlets, interior water damage, along with other difficulties - after contacting Indiana Residential and receiving a suitable estimate we had been advised to await a few weeks before the weather warms up so as to produce outside repairs more lasting - within the past few days Indiana Residential dispatched 4 repair technicians - each day that they had been on time, worked daily, took just a brief break for lunch, they retained every work place well shielded, and following each project was completed, they cleaned the area as if it was a hospital operating room, each project was implemented flawlessly - the quality of their work is beyond approach - we couldn't be happier and I would, without hesitation, recommend Indiana Residential to friends, family and neighbors - We are extremely impressed!!!
