Excellent! The receptionist/coordinator on the phone was beneficial and nice. The plumber was very friendly and professional and prompt and they did the work completely and entirely. Very happy, in spite of the fact we had the matter.
We had been quoted $50 service call to swap an old tub faucet out. We had all our own parts without indication or any estimate on cost, the company didn't even issue a receipt and charged me $592. We called and complained about the price and they offered a 5 percent veterans discount bringing the total down . This was no, labor, we supplied everything.
Next time a needs help with a plumbing problem, be sure you call somebody else. We will not be returning.
Note the guy was favorable and did a nice job, but but do you really need to take advantage of the elderly on fixed incomes to swap out a tub that is leaking faucet. Provide up front quotes up front note to company and notify of some significant cost runs before the incurring them.
I've used them twice now, once for plumbing/installation and after that for a sewer back up. Both issues were solved for a price, they were available right away, and were wonderful! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work.
I had been having difficulty with a horrible smell in my home for months. I had many different service suppliers come out and try to inquire into the odor's origin. I predicted Inspector Plumber as a last resort. He should have been my first telephone since he discovered the source of the smell after just five minutes. We'd suffered with the odor for 3 months. Their service telephone was fairly priced, he gave us options and discovered the issue . Problem solved. I'll recommend Inspector Plumber to everybody.
Promised. Failed job.
Shoddy work. Could set on at the correct angle. Actual charge twice the quote price with no in depth explanation. Bad communication between the owner, who never inspected the job site in order to find out what and plumbers went on.
Go elsewhere- not recommended if you're searching for craftsmanship.
