I hope never to be back again (because when I do return that means I dropped my keys ) but in case I'm in need of the services, I would definitely return again!

They do all types of keys and remotes for motorcycles or almost any automobile. I use them a lot if they are not too busy, and they're always fast and may even come you!

Professional Service. They got it programmed in under one hour and sold me a remote to replace the one I had lost, also. I called another location nearby and they wanted to charge me $50 just to receive my vehicle. The people at A&J understand what they are currently doing.

Call with a issue about my distant starting system and has been advised I had a lifetime guarantee and advised to come in at a specific time, once arriving the gentleman goes out inspect my vehicle and comes back in and tells me it's working fine at the moment. I explained to him the machine inquire if he can reset the unit and is currently malfunctioning and he says do you have a receipt. I explained to him the girl did not inform me that I had to bring a reception with me for affirmation and validation that they did put in a system of their own in my vehicle and I do not have a reception. The worst customer support! I had been referred to this key company by Chicago Car Center who supplied me a broken key, they reassured me that J & A would provide me a key if I provided a waiver. The woman whom I spoke to today said that I needed to get somebody from Chicago Car Center give them a call in order to help me or to schedule an appointment. I than asked"even if I provide you guys with a waiver" she responded" or you can walk in with the waiver but we cannot say if the keys will be ready." So I immediately asked if I could send a waiver for their email so I wouldn't have to make double the excursions. She responded with attitude"what exactly do you want our email for?" Being a customer support supervisor myself I know this is unacceptable and unprofessional although Perhaps she had!

I moved to have to transponder keys. The service was quick and the staff were extremely friendly. The main reason behind the one star rating is when I returned to my car and switched it on, my wheel has been turned all the way upside down, the electronic power steering system was no longer working and neither was my cruise control (also an electronic system). I called the shop to inquire whether or not the guy who decorated my keys noticed anything strange. The man who answered the phone shut down me saying they hurried me off the phone and had nothing to do with the problem. I am stuck to take my car to a mechanic to fix a problem that I know without any obligation being taken by them was caused by them or even offering to check out it.

I call to inquire for a spare key for the team there is very nice, helpful and my 2012 Mercedes Benz E350, and also respond to any questions I had. There they said it takes about 2hrs to program my own car key, before I take my car but it take him 30mins and it's done service. Greeted me immediately and is truly nice, As soon as I came in the stuff. The proprietor who program my key knows what he's doing and is very nice. Support, very good location, and reasonably price suggested.

A & J sold me a remote for $60 plus it was programmed by them. It was an OEM factory 2005 Chevy Cobalt remote. I got there early just after they opened during the week. They cared for me. You will find also customers facing me. Other people were helping them. The dealer wanted $82.46 before taxation for the remote and $72.50 for programming. $154.96 plus tax for the remote! Thank you J & A you guys do great work. Good prices and superb customer service. If I want another remote I will be a customer.

Time that is came in there and 6:56 pm today was in 7:00pm had some fobs I was quite valuable in explaining that it may not work and that one of the key was made wrong and bought on the Internet. Very educated and was not in any rush to close that I liked a lot I Believe I felt as I was rushing them in the end of the keys worked fine and the charged me $3 each key duplicated that was a fair cost will come again with any car key issues

Called here as I'd just bought a car with one key/two wanted another key made and fobs. They lent me $45 which was of exactly what the dealer wanted 1/3. Stopped by that afternoon and had two secrets made. They functioned perfectly and it took approximately 10 minutes. Fantastic thing, Fantastic company!
