The water business contacted us and let us know that they went to substitute their water meter and found that there was a flow on the service line. Our favourite handyman did the best he could on Friday night but....we were water. I began contacting company and Jeff let me understand that he didn't have an opening. When I told him that I had been striking out, he shifted things around and Carl arrived two hours after and also fixed our service lineup!

To start with, I solicited three estimates for the repair of my furnace from Yelp. $95 charges to come out but they gave me a rough quote over the telephone that was 120 greater than that, eventually, paid for Carl to perform the work. They also intimated I should replace my entire furnace. Another company charges $40 to come and quote but Carl (Jeff N Carl's Plumbing) came out for free and correctly noted that the gas controller valve needed replacement. He returned the following day (I'd called late in the afternoon) with a brand new replacement valve and also replaced with the gas valve and bend connector that was overtightened and twisted. He was pleasant and educated as well as efficient. I'm a General Contractor and that I appreciate a job done nicely at a reasonable speed. I recommend them to anybody in need of a fantastic plumbing/HVAC contractor. If the need arises I will certainly call them . Thank you, Carl!

Super pleased with this business - I called in the morning after having to close all of the gas off to my home because of a valve on my furnace. They had been booked solid but squeezed me into a 6pm. We were not getting air in the water in the house, both neglecting within a 24 hr period. Carl was able the same day to make room for us and was able to get hot water working even though he didn't begin until late afternoon. The furnace he had to pickup a part for and when he arrived back took care of the problem. Cost was fair and high quality of support was superb.

We attempt to encourage local companies and Veterans and they were both! We told him what we wanted in a method, and we had an estimate. They were trustworthy and fair. He found a defect in the pipe when our furnace was installed by Carl. He repiped around it. I said the pipe issue for my neighbor, that it turns out had exactly the exact same problem (another seller ). We anticipate sending your referrals. You've earned it! ***Update*** We needed a NEST smart thermostat installed, and Jeff-N-Carl installed free of excess charge because we'd recently had a new HVAC system installed. We probably could have completed the installation the online/interactive program that was NEST being used by ourselves, however there was! Luckily, Carl did have that wire in his truck.
