This guy!!!! He wasn't only able to fix our existing lock but fixed the door jamb piece ( it was not the right piece for that lock which contributed to the issue). He travelled BEYOND AND ABOVE for us! Made sure I managed to work several times to it before he left. We were And in addition to that, he had been such a guy that is really excellent!!! Enjoyed his company!! Took him a little over one hour.
It has been a week and he just texted to see if everything was well with the correct. I've never had this sort of service/follow up from anybody, lock or differently. So happy he was called by us! This lock NEVER worked this well. He's THE BEST!!! Don't mess around, spend half a day trying to fix it if his cost was shy the lock. CALL JEFF first.
In case you've got an iffy lock and you're thinking,"I will just go to Home Depot and find a new one. . .do itself." That is what we believed. Nope. The new lock we bought, didn't match when we had it out of the packaging, and it felt cheap. . .we had an old lock scenario - liked the appearance of the lock and deal combo but it began to stick and turned into a pain. So we returned the lock, it was 100, and we call Jeff. He squeezed us in and responded. . .same day. So he knew what he had what he needed for the job and had been working with, beforehand, he requested for pics.

After calling others my husband discovered Jeff's Lock and Key online. I am quite glad he did although he settled on Jeff is unknown. Jeff called to tell us he had been on the road. Came in quite friendly but firm like. I showed him exactly what doors needed locks. He was finished right away. Gave us 2 keys so there wasn't any requirement. If we need and/or anyone ask us to get a referral Jeff's Lock and Key will be our pick. Our total bill was we anticipated it had been happy surprise. Thank you Jeff.

Jeff is the one if you require a locksmith. He's fast, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. His prices are very reasonable and he goes above and beyond to ensure his work is quality.

I reached out to Jeff According to Yelp reviews. I moved into the area and I called Jeff to get my locks re-keyed. Jeff showed up Saturday morning punctually and we got down to work. The prior owner of my unit had keys for each door. He the locks to accept one key. Moreover, I was curious about installing a deadbolt that is keypad . So that he drove me into the closest Home Depot, he did not have one in his store,and we all took their deadbolt inventory to a peek. Jeff explained exactly what would work with my door and is quite knowledgeable. He took the opportunity to introduce me to some of the smart door locks that Home Depot had in stock. We traveled back into my new home where he installed the deadbolt, but he also took the opportunity to do it properly and explain how it works to myself and my wife.
They were spot on.
Jeff is a professional that take the opportunity to help you through all the steps and will work with you. He is probably among the nicest folks I have met since I moved here and is easy to speak to about anything. I advised him that his contact information will probably be in my address collection. He is not only knowledgeable but I felt that I could expect him to perform his job. Highly recommend!!!

Jeff is such a nice person and a locksmith that is fantastic. He was prompt in responding, very knowledgable, and extremely friendly. He charged me reasonably that I felt bad and paid him more then he asked for. He did a fantastic job repairing my stuck deadbolt and wifi/bluetooth August house Locks that are installed too. He is strongly recommended by me.

I used Jeff's services this week to install 2 bolt locks that were electronic and that he had been beautiful, courtesy and instant to engage with. My house was treated by him with respect and was really considerate. It was a customized installation and he did a great job. He functioned effectively and even cleaned up after himself. I'd recommend his services. He was very trustworthy.

Key copies created for a few locks were had by me. True Value & home Depot could not get the job done, so I decided to try out the pros. Before showing up to make sure somebody was in the shop, I called. They reproduced the keys perfectly; as good as the originals. Should have gone to them and that I will next time.

His crew and jeff helped us when we needed it. They were prompt and courteous when they completed their job in a speedy and timely method, and came. Instead of using excellent material, Jeff suggested stuff and lock apparatus that were newer. We're extremely pleased with Jeff and the job that they do. Most of all the price was less and the item was superlative. Later on, whenever we've got lock and key needs, it's Jeff's that we will call... every time.
