J&M Plumbers

2. I tried to repair clogged pipe under the sink : to a hose-end I attached a"Drain-King" - an inflatable rubber attachment - to flush out the drain. That method had worked previously, but since it turned out, this hose was frailer than I & even older! The ending of it broke off, and that I could not fish it out. So I called two handymen, who tried valiantly, but could not regain it, shred the rubber, or flush the object out.
5. Jesus said he would be inclined to test what others had failed at. If he succeeded, he would charge $450 for its cleaning to remove the King, although he stated, his efforts would be free, if he neglected also. We agreed. He & Jeremiah set right to work.
1. Jesus of M & J Plumbers is my brand new go-to plumber. He ROCKS! He is the only one of four plumbing-hip people who'd the know-how, ethics, skill, & instruments to clean my kitchen clean-out that is dammed. He is the BEST! Here's the reason why. (Skip to paragraphs 5 - 10 if you are occupied.)
3. I called a plumber that was $66-to-unclog-your-drain. Two considerate, seasoned men showed up in blue uniforms. They could not clean the drain, either, but for $200 they used a detector to tell me it had been under my floor, which I would likely have to tear through my floor and concrete base, or break through the concrete patio facing hopes of getting to the King. They wanted $2,800 to do that, but stated"no guarantee" of success, and I explained I would seek another opinion.
9. Following a day of misery, I saw that Jesus was really The Man, and I cheerfully (for me personally, a cheapskate) handed him $400 plus $200 more, which we both felt was a reasonable price for all of the extra work - and accomplishment! - his assurance (emanating from years of experience - plus an array of expensive tools) had prompted him to dare effort.
8. So Jesus got some action and - afterwards, again, a whole lot of jet-stream-fast and also effort water blasts - he managed to flush the King out into the main drain. He then stopped clearing my clean-out pipe, showed me (w/his camera) some origins in the pipe, saying that my handyman could take care of this, which I appreciated. I had watched Jesus work really difficult - and - resourcefully trying one strategy - to get hours. So I much appreciated competence, this gambler's dedication, belief in himself, and willingness to take a risk. Young Jeremiah was a true help to him, also.
4. I moved to an old list of pipes from years back. No one called back. So I checked Yelp out, also has been motivated to call M & J Plumbers b/c of reviews about the Jesus. With great humor he responded at once to my prayer for help. This friendly guy came over with his son Jeremiah, scoped out the circumstance, & said he could break through the cement for $1,200, tho' it would not help the circumstance. (Btw, another day a different plumber returned my phone and said he would charge $1,200 also, and he didn't understand about Jesus. So he & Jesus made those other two nice technicians seem totally predatory - & nearly as pricey as Cole Services.)
6. I'd no idea the task would take so long or require so many hours of effort & creativity. Because the drain water that is murky prevented his seeing anything jesus could not use a camera. However he brought an extra-slender snake from his miraculous truck and snaked it (sorry: no additional verb will do!) Up the pipeback & forth, over & over,'til he had just barely squeezed from the rubber Drain King, which had swollen up so complete with water it blocked virtually all of the space in the drain.
7. Jesus could now send a camera downstream to find out what was what. Aha! The King's tubular rubber component was parallel with the pipebehind all we could see: this durned brass hose finish gleaming in mockery at our efforts. This was the reason no one had been able to push against the King shred it or further that brass hose-end was like a shield protecting the rubber.
10. You had to have been around to find out how hard he worked, but I believe that at his three hours of dogged effort - which ended in success and glory! - I was saved by him from having to tear my floor or my concrete only in the hope of possibly clearing my kitchen clean-out. He saved my bacon and earned his cash. As I could have been, so I might be a little poorer now, but not as poor. So I say, blessed are the poor, and blessed be Jesus for sure!

I had J&M them come out twice - first to inspect the waste line and give a quote to the work, and another time to really do the work. They were reactive, showed up exactly when they said they'd, friendly, gave me fair estimates, and did quality work (without leaving a wreck ). In the end they billed me quite a little less than the estimate because it was to be an easier job than he originally thought.
We are moving into a new house and wanted a couple of things done before moving : inspect and hydrojet the sewage line from the home to the street, add an under-sink water filter, then put in a water line into the fridge, replace a bathtub spout, and then increase a shower head.
If we are in need of anything, I am very pleased and will call!

Jesus did water leak repair and the digital leak detection, directly on the place and arrived. Issue resolved! Thank you a lot of Jesus!

A guy with ethics and worth, jesus! I had a slab escape (3rd days ) and being fed up with the previous contractor I had, I phoned Jesus! He discovered the escape came immediately, also re-piped my house in a week. Not merely did his team did a great job, he had like 8 people working I pairs in area. He completed the re-pipe in 1 day, and required a week to complete entire job. I recommended him to two of family & my friend. Since he will be my guy from now on I now have his number. Each area has been handled with maintenance and accuracy plus he's a very wonderful guy too!

He cleaned up the mess put in a wax seal brought on by the roots and then re-installed the toilet.
I didn't want to do that this time round for fear that I'd stain the surrounding tile.
2) Clean-out toilet drain line to the main clean-out.
He was the guy that really ANSWERED all my queries!
I had him clean-out among our shower drains which was slow while he was there. It was mainly soap that is caked-up.
He found that roots had replaced the wax seal upon pulling the toilet! He pulled 3 feet of roots from the toilet drain.
You have to take out the toilet to get this done.
I need a ballpark estimate for the following:
It's about 30 feet from the primary clean-out to the sidewalk (the clean-out is in the side yard).
One of our toilets n't flushed properly. I have the old manual snake out. It disturbs OK. But since I found that a few tree roots I knew that was just a temporary fix.
The main clean-out is adjacent to the toilet that was backing-up (roughly six feet away).

The bad news is that it the issue may re-occur if the root does not die. If this occurs, I'll ditch some copper sulfate.
He gave me a price for pulling on the toilet if that was the source of the issue, to specify. I said.
That being the situation he suspected that the source of the roots was out of root intrusion.
An appointment was made by me. The drains were inspected by him and stated that the sewer line was apparent. This was excellent news.
Well, it has been a year and it flushing OK. I've got zero complaints with all the work that he did.
3) Treat sewer line using a foaming dichlobenil root killer such as Roebic or even RootX.
Since the toilet did not wobble or leak at the bottom, I was totally amazed by this. The tree roots suck up every drop of water.
He replied saying that his quotes were just that quotes. But he did provide a inspection.

Had an appointment for 10am at my restaurant replaced. After confirming with the"Master Plumber" only yesterday through text messagesnot only did he never appear but once I called to find out what was going on he said hes away doing another job... really unprofessional. You revealed this is although A restaurant with no hot water is a health code violation & I counted on you guys.

It has been a week with a washer and two plugged drains that only occurs on the weekend. I assessed yelp and Marcela and Jesus were available Sunday'm to come to the rescue. These are the nicest family people ever. There service was quick and clean and VERY fair. I've saved their business info and will recommend to use this business. Very pleased!

The quotation seems reasonable.
I will not do this job and went the other route, but for my plumbing work, I know who to phone. He's great!
Jesus prepared the quotation just on the day he'd promised and was quickly to reply, quickly to come see the work.

Jesus reacted right away to our water heater emergency and arrived inside an hour to our location. He travelled in the morning once they opened to get the part for us.Thank you Jesus to get your service when the components set was closed on the same day due to the late hours!

I stumbled upon Jesus who advised us after stumbling through a companies delays in sending their plumber, along with a four day wait complete. He worked late to fix our water heater. His diagnosis was quick and in replacing two components his job was thorough. Before beginning work, he coated our rug with a blanket to maintain any debris from getting onto our rug (the heater was in-house). I enjoyed the concern that he revealed in our situation. Thank you Jesus for getting us hot water !

This firm saved the day for me personally. I paid $85 to a different plumber for an estimate to fix a pipe at the crawl space under our house at Fullerton. That firm quoted $1,200 to replace the leaking section of pipe but said we needed to substitute the pipe into the clean-out in the front of the house. A number of that pipe is underground and the price was under $5,000. None were interested and I checked using the info obtained on the quote and basically said their charges would be on the same. We phoned J & M Plumbers who sounded like they could help and did not charge for one more opinion. For replacing the leaking section of pipe the total charge was $450 plus they said as it was okay, emergency replacement wasn't needed by the rest of the pipe. Highly will never use anyone else following this experience and recommend J & M Plumbers.

I had a leak in my main water line. Then I phoned my Real Estate individual who helps me with getting tenants and she referred me to Jesus of both J and M Plumbers. I lucked out with this referral. Jesus started the job that day, found the escape, quoted me a deal and went to the house. This is a Holiday weekend (4th of July) but he also worked the following Saturday. My tenants sent photos of the new copper pipe lines that were laid along with the major trenches that were dug to me. I couldn't believe he managed to put the yard back together. This saved me that the extra expense of purchasing sod. I managed after appearing over the invoice to pay online he emailed to me. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. I look forward to utilizing this company my properties at all.

We had to have our shower here in Irvine and after a nightmare of a search for a few reliable, capable, and not filled with crap, we discovered Jesus. The drain was replaced, we've had no further problems with it without any difficulties with the unit that is . Jesus got the job done in a morning and a day, and at a fantastic price.
