Our sink backed up and also our home warranty company sent out a plumber. When snaking the line the plumber said that our pipe had broken under the slab and quoted a cost between $2100-$3100 to repair it. We decided to have another opinion and John came out to look. He quoted a cost to fix it what the initial plumber said before he could have a peek at the issue with a camera. On the day he was going to repair the issue he took a peek and found no breaks. He had another company come out who used a camera that is different to verify his findings.
The second plumber was fantastic and carefully stepped though diagnostics to ascertain what had to be done to correct it and what Schroeder had done. Among several things, one of the largest issues was that there was a packaging plug blocking water flow in the replacement component!! Now the unit is silent, my roof vent isn't discharging, and that I have hot water!!
Schroeder was dreadful to manage, I have a damaged roofing and water bill from the discharge, and two pipes bills were paid by me.
Reconsider hiring Schroeder for hot water heaters. I initially called the plumber who set up my unit but discovered Schroeder's had obtained his business. They shipped outside Mike and while the escape stopped it was clear that the device wasn't operating correctly. It was loud, the pump was too cycling, and excessive vent discharge on the roof resulting in standing water onto the roof, so that I contacted the manufacturer and then Schroeder again and after 3 weeks, Mike came out again and set up a missed oring from the initial visit. The device was noisy although pump cycling reduced to every 9 minutes and 6 gal of discharge per 24 hours had been coming off the roof. Following 3 weeks of calling Schroeder, I called the manufacturer and has been raised into a III tech that decided that I had a part that was fresh that they would ship to Schroeder. Went if the water has been switched back on water although matt came out to do install the part. He abandoned that Schroeder would return first thing in the morning to complete the job and put the unit back together leaving me hot water. Nobody showed although I took the day off to get them and I'd not have known if I had not called them. They explained that desired the company rep to examine the unit and the rep came around noon. He had called Schroeder who advised him that they were not considering returning because they were not making any money on me. The rep suggested I contact another plumber which I did sadly.
Where the leak in the base was we had Matt outside to discover. This was most likely a leak, as the one caused a re-route by a different company. We will never understand but Schroeder came out on 4/27/18 to finish a complete house re-route. Jameson and sean were the individuals who came out. They did a great job, were professional yet personable. We also went ahead and had them install a new water heater (our previous one was installed back in 2003!) . When we are in need of anything plumbing 16, great job and would call Schroeder. Thank you!
I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling. I called my insurance provider and they suggested Schroeder Plumbing. They came out and found that the pipe repaired it immediately and was leaking. The workers were pleasant. Very happy with them and will call them again when I want a plumber. Fantastic job!!!
This is our experience with Schroeder and I could not be happier. These men have been unbelievably professional Though calling a plumber is the result of a problem. Their service was excellent and their costs are amazing. Refer them to friends as required and We'll continue to utilize them .
John Schroeder Plumbing has been a seemingly good company though we found out otherwise and won't ever use them again.
So after we decided to get new countertops in the exact same time together with a new sink and had our cabinets replaced, John Schroeder Plumbing took care of their pipes with dishwasher and the sink. After John Schroeder Plumbing completed, our dishwasher started to leak water on our kitchen flooring. We then saw that the bottom of the dishwasher was completely flooded. We had another respectable company and confirm that the piping wasn't up to code. So we have John Schroeder Plumbing out to fix it but they claimed that it was up to code but yet the dishwasher continues. So we got another business out and they affirmed that it wasn't up to code since the piping was putting on the ground rather than it going in the dishwasher, curl up then down and back up into the sink. So either the technicians in John Schroeder Plumbing do not understand what they're doing or they're purposely cutting.
So no matter what you do, do not go with John Schroeder Plumbing since they're an unethical business and do not care to fix their mistakes. They do a poor job and cut corners.

We had a slab leak at our home and was totally lost in what to do..we were led to JSP and within a day they were at our home, diagnosed our problem and gave us the best professional service on this ground. John and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient in what they do. They are in my speed dial set. Too many good things to say about JSP.
We had a clog in our laundry drain called a roto rooter service but after 3 attempts the drain could not clear. Our homeowners insurance brought John Schroeder Plumbing out to help with the quote, they snaked the drain and pulled out a rag. They did a check to make sure that there were not any other difficulties. Very informative and friendly.
I had a terrific experience with JSP. My insurance adjuster refered them. The dispatcher was friendly. The plumber, Matt, was fantastic! . He was friendly, professional, and got the job done very quickly. I'll call them.
This firm fixed an primary leak under my own driveway. I saw water side of drive so thought this could be same problem. They discovered a irrigation link when they arrived to look at escape. They don't take the parts to correct this had to return at the time. They charged me $170 for another $320 when they came back to correct the flow under the driveway and the first call. At this time they should have made sure all irrigation. Did not! Found out my back yard irrigation not going off so called them back. Guys decided that it was out of a cut wire and came out. Because again they did not have components that are proper, could not fox! Came back and charged another $175. I'd stay clear. They will keep layering the bills on you!
Very reasonable prices, literally charging me $900 for work that another company offered for $4400! Very fantastic support, and professional. I had a slab escape, and they were able get it repaired in about 2 hours and to come out the same day.
