They were contacted by me 10 on Thursday night through email. They had my tank cleaned out on Friday by 1130 and called me. They were very professional and did a great job.
If I could put a negative star I would. Piss poor customer service. Purchased a portable toilet for a work site and she mistakenly got it perplexed for a weekend rental and picked it up before the job began. I called her to ask what happened and to determine if we could put it redelivered and she said" I do not make mistakes I shall take it out there for $50.00". The company I work for has all phone calls listed so we brought the recording up and she refused to believe this is true. We told her we'd dispute the original charge on our credit card because we didn't obtain the service we had paid for and she didn't need to help us resolve the issue and instantly she turned about and started charging our card again for another mobile toilet right after we had hung up with her. So today we're managing a fraud problem and not having a toilet on our job site. I do not recommend using this company.
