Wow what can I say. After I could not get ahold of her late in the 21, I needed to frantically get in my mothers home that was older. Have came out immediately but the police were there and the front door was kicked in. My mother passed away.
The locksmith rehung the doorway so that it would lock and stayed for nearly one hour. He was very compassionate. Then to my surprise didn't bill me as the owner said it had been on the company. It today's day and age I had been educated that there are decent people in the world. Thank you a lot for caring and your compassion. I would highly reccomend this company.

The guy on the phone said they would be accessible at 2pm. They stated they were delayed and I got a call around 1:20 pm and ran late. Regrettably, they didnt appear until after 5pm. They could re-key our truck and worked with my husband when they arrived.
Found this location and read reviews which made a quote is requested by me. They lent $120 to re-make a vital of ours and were fast in reacting. That was $20 more than a few places we called nevertheless, because of their response, we gave them a try.
Cost could have awarded 5 stars because of their support, and was $150 and getting up our remote and key set. Regrettably, we were kept by waiting over 3-4 hours from utilizing the truck, and I kept having to reschedule appts due to the delays. The guys were cordial and kept appreciated having access to our truck; and calling to let us know they were running .
Would recommend them and would use again.

Kat's has helped me out a couple times, always with a result that was great. The latest time involved Dale fixing a problem in my auto cylinder... thing in my car. The combo of talking through what he was doing, the pricing (a fix centre could have been considerably more costly ), and the rate of fixing the problem was excellent! I recommend them to everybody looking for service, reasonable pricing, and work.

He demanded that I pay him $470 and tax that came around $490 and 2 jobs had been left unfinished and he left holes all over my newly painted walls and doors all over my floor and fingerprints!
That I am planning on doing.
My daughter had just bought a house in Ontario California.
A five-year-old could bend them inside their hands that is when I advised him that I wasn't delighted with the standard of the material he supplied he got hot under the collar!!! how bad quality these latches were
Half an hour longer he receives a phone call and tells me hast to leave to visit another job and he's back in about an hour.
I told him I wasn't going to pay him until he completed his one order lock to the bathroom he refused!!!

It was getting dark, when he returned and I could tell he was anxious to get home from a long days work and he wished to take shortcuts.
I got his initial rated and said let him complete the job I am not a individual to shortchange anybody for a days work and I was not going to do so now.
In addition, for taking advantage of a handicapped senior 22, a police record that's been made was never referenced by the supervisor.
Did you notice how the supervisor did not react to the picture of the way that they left a hole and hurt my door?
I am a handicapped citizen.
I advised him that he agreed to do all work for cash and daddy door was included he started Two races demand and voice that he didn't incorporate the door on earth. !!!

It seemed like a high estimate but it was the memorial day weekend and we'd just moved in this house and I was a little worried about being at a new neighborhood and desired to have peace of mind knowing that my kid had any deadbolt locks and some safety on her doors and doors.
He got increasingly agitated by the minute and started to call to his boss and then his boss said"don't complete the job and charge her the complete cost!!"
He didn't return until three hours later.
I phoned the police department up to officer showed up and they explained they didn't blame me this is the type of scam which businesses like his conduct to take advantage of the elderly and the handicapped.
The image included is just one of the areas he took shortcuts in my living room.
This person who claims they're the owner Who replied to my review is the person who was on the phone with the tech and order them to come in my house break the door down if they need to and rip out each item they installed if I did not paid them in full!
Since I started to question him???, and was annoyed

Dirt was left by your tech in each area they worked in and I am a disabled individual that had to wash after your dirty technician who did not care one bit I have to bend down and sweep and wash after him.
Since she had been very busy with the 22, I decided to help her out by making an appointment and I needed to take some strain from her.
And when this guy came to give me a quote on the job he saw I was lonely and elderly and he gave me a verbal quote for all of the work I had told him I needed he said he'd charge me $500 if I paid cash to get a cash discount on the all the job.
I advised him that I would be sure that you leave his firm reviews on yelp.
He then got livid and threatened to take all of his job down and tear them from my walls if I didn't pay.
This supervisor had no intention of fixing this on the phone with their technician telling doors to tear from my house and arrive into my property, manager was.
I informed the officers because he threatened to come in my house and tear my walls off the deal Sis advised me to pay off him and take him to small claims 39, I am scared of him.
He's a locksmith and he's telling me he doesn't understand what to anticipate???
One hour into the job he completed what he said was that the latches for the padlocks on the 2 gates into the trunk of the house's entry.
He then started to tell me one of the doors he agreed to mend he change the story and said that if I desired that door repaired he would charge me $30 just to start up and appear inside the mechanism to find out what he can do and the cost could go up if you opted to repair it anywhere from $80-$400 more?

She wished to put some locks and some latches to put padlocks in to secure her yard and wanted to put some locks on her doors.
I agreed to his cost for the job he had offered.
The latches he installed were worth possibly $.50 if that?
He is a pig his breath stinks when he is in the area and he's smelly and sweaty you can not help but hold your breath.

The Lock and Keys of katz came out today within 1 hour of requesting a key at our car wash and calling them. We couldn't be more happy with their professionalism each time. Very friendly and fair. Also they have a shop on Foothill between campus and Euclid Throughout the street from the pawnshop and Carls Jr.. I have used alot of locksmiths and Katz's is that our brand new go! Thanks again Katz's team.

He goes to the car, fiddles about, and a couple of minutes later, tells me that the automobile can only have two keys maximum programmed at any given time, and as I had two, he needed to deprogram among the others to program my spare. I paid said okay, and proceeded on my way.
The man working at the time (I believe that he is the owner) told me he was working on a different car at this time but that it'd be about half an hour. I said no issue, left there, and walked down the road to get something to eat.
I wish I had done this study before going to this man in the first location. Coulda saved me like $60 and my time. Horrible. This man might be good for dwelling locks, when it comes to auto but he is incompetent.
30somethingish minutes later, I arrived back, and he hadn't even begun. I guess that he still dealt with the same person he was dealing with once I had left. But no big deal, okay fine, he must work soon after that.
I went for what I thought was a task that was simple into the place - I wanted to get. I had 2 master keys already, and I wanted that one to be a spare.
As soon as I got home, I thought about it was incorrect, and it didn't sound right, so I looked it up, and what he said - my car has room for 5 keys.
After doing some more research, I managed to reprogram the key that he said he needed to deprogram, and bought a cable from ebay that allowed me to connect my computer to my car.

I wanted help on a Sunday night, after locking myself from my bedroom. Katz's responded immediately when I called and quoted half an hour reaction period. That was on - Vincent showed up at my home. He got the job done in only a couple of minutes, and the price was fair. What more can you ask for?

We've called out Kat'z today in the last six months. Both time they had been quick to come and the technicians were fast and courteous.

Pointed out some repairs which need to get accomplished as soon as our construction is finished. The service call fee is waived by will .

Hired this business to rekey a house we had just purchased. Arrived on time. Service was reliable and reasonably priced. We have a unique lock on the front door and the technician was well trained and knew his stuff.

Locked myself out of my house. I luckily had my cell phone with me so that I could get a locksmith. Answered the telephone as if I was phoning her telephone. I tried to convince her to tell me exactly what support she was offering and who she was but I guess she found offensive. She told me her company worked on locks and automobiles. And the quote was fairly high.
Called Katz's and they have been specialist. The man who answered the phone identified himself and stated he had a man in the area who would call me. He called in about 2 minutes said he would be over and gave me a deal. Apparently my lock wasn't regular and it took him a while to unlock. But he did it with a smile on his head never got or lost his patience and didn't charge extra for the further challenge of this lock. And the price was lower than the first location. Thank you!

Called to get a quote for a key and has been actually quoted a price which was $25 more than the trader. Unbelievable

Showed up on time! With obtaining a safety camera system and also a ring doorbell easy to talk to, recognized my concerns. They were not pushy when recommending systems that are different. The owner and employees (Gabriel and Vincent) had excellent customer support! I dropped my key fob to my Toyota Camry and they were able to get me up and running in no time!! They did such a fantastic job recutting the programming and key!!! Most definitely recommend them to anybody needing key services .
They are located next to the cleaners (see pic attached), but in addition have 24hour service also!!!

I locked myself outside of my bedroom. I was worried that I would not have the ability to get a hold of a locksmith. I phoned at 8:10pm, someone took my info and told me the tech could be calling me back to confirm. Three minutes later I got a call to verify my speech and he told me he would be over in twenty minutes. He chose the lock open in roughly two minutes. Everything from my inquiry to the job being done took about half an hour. I was impressed and should I or anyone I know end up in this situation, they will be the one I call or recommend!!

You call Vincent to get the bike After the city turns off your power for the day. I was unable to obtain the key since I've never had to use it in years.
The point is, once I called they were able to help out us in moments and showed up! So thankful for the help in a manner that is timely. I will be having them rekey my own garage.

Katz is a good man. Have used him 5x's. Same 5, all times arrived and in a timely fashion. Fantastic support and oricing. Highly recommend.
