I am was very happy with their service and prices. I had the deadbolt along with my doorway re-keyed & doorknob on my door substituted. The serviceman offered to make the keys match at no extra price. He was very quick and professional. They charged $29.99 for the service call, which was not quoted on the telephone, but I called about for many quotes and their final cost was $90 lesser than everybody else.
We known as"Murphys lock smith" in East Falls, agreed upon pricing, and a guy from this business shows up and proceeds to tell my wife a whole new price record - WAY more expensive naturally.
Overall scam - don't fall for whatever BS he / they throw you about how many years experience, master lock smith, etc.....if you believe that you deserve a much higher price for better quality than market / quote so!
Without question the biggest scam artist I have ever had dealings with. Quoted me a price of $35.00 on the phone to unlock a door. Arrived at my location and tried to up-sell big time. The lock he can open, when I did not snack. Then charged me THREE TIMES MORE than his quote. Took less then five minutes.
