A+ Locksmith

I asked him in my bathroom about a lock, and he shared his expertise, without cost, obviously.
A + will be used by me again in the future.
My apartment was professionally cleaned and care is taken by Sam with his shoes b4 stepping into.
Sam was friendly. He called in the morning to validate the appt, and he called coming over.
It was a really good experience.
I replaced two locks for $95 (that includes 2 keys), and had two extra keys for $4 each.

What a joke. You should not be in any client taking advantage of people in their time of need facing business ever again Shame on you for the false advertising and being non human.
To hanging up in me, I told him thanks and he tells me he previously put three clients on hold for me. Wtf? I don't buy it for a moment. Really? You had four calls Then he tells me he doesn't know the purchase price from the AM. Really? It's your business and you don't understand that information, which are the second most asked question in your business. Sorry Sam or whoever you are, but your joke of a character and you are completely clueless on how to conduct a business when you answer your phone half asleep and make up random shit on the fly.
I strongly suggest never using this business.
Don't advertise that you offer services 24 hours per day if all you are likely to do would be jack up the price to a ridiculous amount and be extremely impolite. I'd all of a 40 minute dialogue with this guy ( I think his name was Sam) and he then hangs up on me. It was likely to cost me considerably, although he explained he could come tonight. I was asking about the difference in price to have my lock situation resolved tonight in the AM. He says,"it doesn't matter how much it cost in the morning, do you really want it done tonight or not? "I began to say," I don't know, it depends on what time and the price from the AM." I call back... it took four calls for him to select the lineup and he says," what would you want?"
You take and frustrating and harmful circumstances and Folks are calling you and make it completely worse. Good job.

I was refered Sam by a different locksmith (AAA) since I had a Baldwin lock and he didn't operate on them. I made the mistake of not inquiring about what he fees. He spend less than 15 minutes and substituted a part that I could have bought for $20. I asked him what I owed him and he said $295 - I thought he joked.

If you require a locksmith and reside in the South Bay I can't think to call. Extremely happy. Thank you Sam!
Very highly recommended! Sam revealed their quoted time and was able to find the door open to our leasing truck right before it started pouring! He made a very frustrating situation (keys locked in the car, night coming on fast, just wanted to go home after a looooong day...) bearable because of his professionalism.

I've worked with Sam twice, both times have been communication experience that was bad. Sam says really offensive remarks regarding the service I work for and the people we serve (we are a nonprofit agency serving those afflicted by mental health disabilities and dependence ).
The first time our door not shut properly, we believed the door mechanics were malfunctioning. Sam states the issue is aerodynamics of this workplace. His attitude was condescending. Fine, we compensated him to the alterations to the mechanics.
The 2nd time we were considering installing our new office doorway with the very same features as our previous office. He asked inside and out photos of this door before providing a quote. I sent a few photos of our doorway, where he replies back saying are of different locking mechanisms and 2 door. It baffles me how he came to that decision.

Ensure before you call this company you may get over billed you understand everything about keys & locks!

I would use them again. They were on time, did a great job and were really really reasonable (cost wise). I'll use them again.
These guys were great!

Sam was very beneficial. I had a door unlocked and he was in the middle of a job but gave a time frame to me to return to set a firm appointment. He was responsive and quick, when I called on his way, called we set up an appointment time was instant and took over 30min. The wonderful thing was that along with all this it was a vacation. If I were to desire a locksmith 15, I will use his services.

Avoid!!!!!!I was reffered to the locksmith by a different one that said he's the one to do the kind of work I had done. He basically charged me $225 for 10 minutes of effort and Sam was exceptionally impolite.

I've been utilizing Sam for 10 years now as part of my property industry. At least 50 re-keys have been done by him for me. He is THE expert. He can pick any lock, has a vast knowledge of different types of keys and locks, is extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam and A Plus Locksmith to anyone who needs this sort of work. Completely honest and reliable.

I will highly recommend this Locksmith company and will have their crad available if this should ( hopefully not) happen again.
The Service Person was fast pleasant and knowledgeable. This occurred this was much less with $145 When I compare the fee. ( paid about $80 more for last time)
Now I had the very best service ! I had been locked out with my daughter and of course no window, nothing open around the home. I googled this support by not having the ability to locate someone while AAA let me down and they had been in 15/20 minutes which is an wait period to handle a Baby Girl facing my home!

Called. These people were fast friendly and honest. Keeping their amount.

Came out for my business. It was my fault for not asking just how much, but after 1 hour and 20 minutes. I was billed $450.00 and the guy was less than friendly.

We have locked out while we were up here on vacation. Thought it was going to be a hassle but mercifully A+ locksmith took good care of everything straight away and got us back on track very quickly. Didnt cost me an arm and a leg either which was wonderful. highly recommend

I'm a property manager and I called A+ as my pool secrets said"Do not Duplicate", it had his logo and I didn't have the first to create copies. Sam clarified and was quite friendly, he'd want to come out to verify I was legit He provided because it was a DND key and other service was requested by me because he was here.
I highly recommend this locksmith, he was fair in pricing and professional.

The guy showed up and asked for $100, I refused and told him concerning my convo with the dispatcher. He said he can do it as he made a phone call and stormed off. Uhh... okay? Fantastic thing I did not desire his support anyway
I called Rescue Ron who billed a 60 when he showed up!
Watch to their scams... The speed is 55 +. 40 flat fee, and $15 or more depending upon your car (difficulty to unlock). I requested the dispatcher BEFORE they sent a guy to ensure that my cheapo 99 grand am would collapse under the"simple"/$15 category or darn near it. He would be all or consented $15.

I just got my house locks completed. On the phone I explained to Sam that I needed assistance with 3 doors: front door lock did not work, needed to be rekeyed, 1 bed room digital lock did not work, need to find out whether it was a battery issue or require a fresh one, and we'd love to add another lock on our research, and we need 6 keys for front doors and 3 for the other two. He gave a quote to me. Sam rekeyed the next doorway battery dead, front door, so he installed a dead bolt lock onto the analysis, and replaced the battery. He did a fantastic job, gave me 7 keys for the front door and 2 keys to the research lock, but no key to the digital one, since"it'll cost you $80 longer". But still, the bill was double what he quoted.
By adding the bill for a couple of the locks: front one and the one, and his service cost he charged than his quote! I don't know the run rate of a right now, I can't judge not or whether the cost is fair. But he must be up alongside me on the"real cost", share the revised quote before doing the work.

This gentleman was willing to break his throat! I had to climb over my locked gate whether any doors were available at the trunk to see and had been locked out of the house. Unfortunately no such luck. Was AAA. So that we could get to the door with a hole he increased the 8 ft fence. After 20 min he couldn't open anything! I was explained by him to Sam at A+ Locksmith. Sam is. We borrowed a ladder out of the neighbor to try to get over the gate. Fortunately, instead we got into the back and could loosen another board. He'd the dead-bolted door available.
The yelp reviews that are negative aren't justified! In case you've got enough time to read yelp reviews in order to pick out a fantastic locksmith then look no further. Telephone Sam he will find the work done with experience and pace. And duh! If you're on a budget, always agree on a price.

A+ Locksmith called back to see if I wanted him to send someone out. I said no thank you, I had gotten a pair of keys and was put. He went on a rant, saying that whoever I went to sold me a line of BS, that the keys wouldn't work, etc.,.
The next locksmith I went to had no problem making keys that work together with the document cabinets, no visit, same core numbers needed.
I won't be doing business with these men, and do business with businesses that get results, not insults.
Avoid at all costs. Verbally abusive and rude. I called to see whether they did file cabinet keys utilizing the core number on the lock, i.e. original keys lost, need fresh ones. The guy said he would have to send a person onsite to make the keys.

Since he is deceiving in his recommendations, ask questions. I didn't get what he suggested. I will not use him.
