Made In Chicago Plumbing

Fast forward to Polar Vortex 2019. Their pipes burst , two separate friends had. I referred them . They called and the phone was picked up by him and fixed their plumbing. So yea, the man picks up the phone, does the job immediately. He texts to let you know when he is on his way, sends an email receipt.
I'm worried about him blowing up on Yelp - ! (That happened to a different plumber I enjoy!)
. .is he selects when called and comes out! Not many plumbers pick up their mobile phone. It's sort of embarrassing to say I've needed to call Jose out twice in the last 3 months for my renter then and to stick out the kitchen sink to replace a toilet faucet. The first time was on Black Friday, the day following Thanksgiving, he picked up and came out within a couple hours. Time was a Saturday evening, Sunday morning he picked up and came.

Do not believe 24/7 hours , and here is a less than 5 star review. Oh and no'senior discount' either. My ejector pump needed replacement. Called 2/9 because of this 5 stars and 24/7 hours. Got an appt to get 2/10, had that cancelled and pushed into 2/11. Mentioned in text I was 70 and moist vaccuming seepage unrelated to pump. When I paid the bill went downstairs, mud was EVERYWHERE. No tarp on now carpeted stairs. I have never had a workman leave work in filth. I PRAY pump was replaced by him. Donezo. Unless pump work was also done. Watch photos.

I had a water heater and these men were great! Fast response time plus they arrived punctually. The present aluminum pipes did not a fit for the heater so Jose added copper that is additional to fix the problem.
I would call these men again.

Easy. I never showed up. And I paid online. The tenant was thrilled, the price was appropriate. A plumbing repair may have been any easier.
It is almost a pity to write another five star review for all these men. After all, obviously they are AWESOME and (for whatever reason) haven't dismissed yet on Yelp. Anyhow, my experience was exactly like everyone else's that you can read below.
Here's what happened. My tenant called me, stated that the bathroom had broken. I didn't even have to appear. In ten seconds, I'd predicted Made in Chicago. He offered to be present within 90 minutes. It was even too quickly for me! I asked whether he could push 8:30 the following morning. He known as my tenant showed up ten minutes early the following day, also made the repair.

Easy to contact, prompt reply, fantastic work, average cost. I'll use their services again!

Had a leak under my kitchen sink - Plumber came same day in 90 minutes. So affordable. I had a disposal and faucet he could have installed but he explained that was not needed - small fix solved the problem.
Very impressed will use Made for certain again in Chicago

I have tried several different plumbing firms and manage 7 leases as well as my home. I liked assist me and this company simply wanted to do the job. I had water coming up throughout the floor drain. It was after office hours for plumbers. They would not come out until the next day although I called several businesses which were supposedly still open. Made in Chicago Plumbing was very responsive. Mark came out within the hour. He found the issue, was patient and took care of it and all at a reasonable price. What else can you request? This is excellent service!

We predicted that morning about a pipe, based on a 5-star review yesterday, and had the experience. He answered the phone immediately, came a couple of hours later as soon as he finished the job he had been on (and called first to tell us that he was on his own way), and thawed the pipe quickly and efficiently. We were fortunate - that the pipe had not burst or broken, and so that was. Wewould call him again and're very satisfied.

More than once, we've had an emergency situation and Jose has come out the same day (the exception was a busted sub pump on Easter, but he was there the next day!) Jose and his team are knowledgeable, charge a price, and explain problems in detail. I strongly recommend them!

We had some and his staff and Jose could come out faster than any other plumbers. We believed it was going to be a task of replacing the gasket, but it turned out to be more complex due to an original installation of the toilet by owners years ago. Jose had to order components that are special days and return, but he did a excellent job and provided exceptional customer services. He charged an extremely low rate for the total amount of time he needed to spend fixing the matter, and he even had someone come out and fix our drywall at no cost after some water leaked during the repair procedure. We would use them again (though ideally we don't need to), and I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

I needed what I believed could be a replacement of a bathroom faucet and replacement of plumbing underneath.
Brad, jose and his helper, were amazing and made trips to the hardware shop for needed equipment for the multiple issues that arose.
Jose has the patience of a saint, is a perfectionist, very fairly priced and fair and won't leave until he's sure the job is done flawlessly.

We had a significant problem with water pressure and it was that the water service pipe needed to be substituted, in the house to the Buffalo Box in the city sidewalk. Jose was able to have the job done with the support of his partners at Almighty Rooter in a timely matter. They completed the work quickly despite the timing of the holiday season, and despite the demands of getting a Chicago city permit and a city inspector acceptance. The job was completed wonderfully, we've got awesome water pressure today, and every one the faucets and fittings in our house do the job! Thanks Jose!!

We had faucets replaced and some general plumbing workwe called Made in Chicago Plumbing. Jay showed up on time, set an appointment up, called us back and did the work. He did a great job. We known as Jay and discovered a leak. He called us back and said he'd be by shortly , well he arrived earlier compared to the appointment. The level of professionalism is refreshing. We're quite satisfied with his work and will use him again. Thanks Jay!

Hubby called this company twice and they have been great both times. Jose worked together with us to accommodate our hectic schedules. He worked quickly, was on time, cleaned up and finished the work. In short, the service was excellent and they are highly recommended by us.

Wehad some bad experiences with technicians and've been doing some work on our home in Oak Park, so I'm very happy to report that we found a great one. He recognized and repaired heating issues and our water pressure immediately, and at a affordable price. We'll be using them.
